After reaching the hotel, the first thing that Caroline did was to remove the straps of her heels and knock those shoes off to relieve her aching legs.

Slumping on the bed, Caroline held her heels in her palm and gently squeezed them. Walking on the eggshells was something that she was never very fond of.

"What's wrong?" Morpheous asked.

"Nothing! Girls like me never get used to wearing heels for so long." He heard her, removed his jacket, and placed it on the coat hanger before walking toward the bed.

"What are you doing?" She was surprised when he knelt before her and held her feet in his hands.

"Just helping you out!" He spoke without even looking at her and gently started kneading the sole of her feet with his hands. Embarrassed at first, she wanted to pull away her legs, but his hands were magical.

"Mmmm… That feels so good!" And arching back, Caroline rested her palm on the bed instead.
