Chapter 191: Universe Rewrite (Final Part)

After Dawn killed the Unbeing and the Origin, the cage around him disappeared. The need to separate the space between his battlefield and the universe was gone as the Unbeing consciousness was no longer.

A bone chill sensation ran down his spine after he removed the cage. A bony finger had run all over his body before the owner moved away.

'Is that Lady Death?' Dawn thought to himself as his eyes tried to follow the glimpse of the woman, but he couldn't do it longer than a second – even if he was at the peak of his strength right now.

Rubenna the Caregiver, floated toward Dawn slowly. He held his fist out and Rubenna gently moved her palm underneath his fist. Dawn opened his palm and the two containers for the Origin and the Unbeing fell into Rubenna's palm – a cicada and a lamprey/leech abomination.

"Thank you, Life God." Rubenna said with gratitude as Dawn had only killed them, but had not destroyed their concept. The Universe is still safe for now. If Dawn hasn't killed them, the Elders would have done so – presumably getting someone else to do it for them such as Captain Marvel.

"I will place them into an amniotic sac and they will be reborn-" Rubenna tried to explain, but Dawn stopped her before she could go any further.

"I am not interested in what you're going to do with them. I'm sure that you know what you're doing." He said calmly. Rubenna almost let out a sigh of relief, but Dawn continued with a threat in his voice, "However, the Nega-band that you're aiming for is entirely a different matter."

"Excuse me?" Rubenna asked puzzledly. The matter was supposedly only known by the Elders of the Universe, but Dawn had seen through their schemes.

"Try to take the Nega-band from its owner, and we're going to have a serious problem." Dawn threatened. Rubenna felt weak on her knees, and she nodded furiously. It wasn't her scheme in the first place. If the other Elders really want the Nega-band, they could face Dawn by themselves.

"I won't." Rubenna answered with a shivering voice.

"Good." Dawn said and prepared to leave, but unexpectedly, the Caregiver stopped him.

"As I promised. I will give you or the person of your choice. Immortality." Rubenna said after calming herself down. She didn't have to do that, but she felt having a good relationship with Dawn would be good for the future.

Dawn stared weirdly at the 5 meter tall woman, causing her to become nervous again.

'Immortality huh. There is no way I'm going to take that curse on myself.' He thought. 'Maybe I can trade something else for it on the trading site.'

"How does that work? If I want to give immortality to someone else?" Dawn asked, causing Rubenna to perk up her excitement.

"It's simple. I just need a container." Rubenna said. Dawn nodded and gave her a bottle. His expression then contorted and changed a few times after seeing what she had done with the bottle.

"Here." Rubenna gave back the bottle containing a clear fluid to Dawn. He didn't touch it and quickly stored it inside his storage rings.

"May we never meet again Life God, Dawn Everstar." Rubenna said before she left.

There was still 30 minutes left on the grimoire in front of him. He held the stump of his hand that was cut off by the Unbeing's power.

He widened his eyes when he could sense something that was taken away from him had been returned to him.

The grimoire instantly turned to another page and Dawn chanted the incantation, "Ei Sheal."

His right hand that had been lost returned to his body, and he gripped his right hand fist multiple times still in disbelief.

'I got it back when the Origin bit me. I was so focused on the Unbeing and the Origin that I didn't realize it.' He thought.

Dawn wanted to check and learn from the grimoire more but he received a message from Ryan. Then, his figure disappeared from the battlefield he once fought on.

Dawn appeared not at the laboratory, but at the Skrull god pantheon where Ryan (one of the  Ryan) was waiting for him.

A few minutes before the battle ended, Ryan had arrived at the Skrull Gods Pantheon. The temple was collapsing because of the action of the Skrull Deviant Goddess enlarging herself.

Ryan saw a mountain of gold, numerous artifacts and rare books, an even larger mountain of bones that could be called a mountain range, and prisoners of the God and Goddess. Some were captured here for pleasure, some for torture, and a lot of them were for both.

"They had lost their path a long time ago huh." Ryan muttered out loud as he swiped all of the rare treasures and gold to be placed on the hidden realm. He then saw Phyla-Vell being buried underneath a 5 ton rock and presumably dead from being crushed.

However, he sensed a breath of life after scanning her condition with magic.

"This is fascinating." Ryan exclaimed as Phyla-Vell's condition was as flat as the pancakes he had for breakfast this morning. He then guided a healing energy to keep her alive until reinforcement came.

"Unfortunately, I can't save you alone." Ryan said. If he removed the rock, then she would have died instantly as he was sure part of her had merged with the rock. The only one who could salvage whatever was left of her was The Heavenly Father Dawn.

"It will also be his choice whether he wants to save you or let you die." Ryan muttered coldly as he telekinetically pieced the shards of the Nega-band together.

The Nega-band had lost their power as a conduit and could no longer be used. Ryan knew that there were 4-6 sets of Nega-bands in the universe, but all of them followed the same rule.

They will change mental energy into the physical manifestation of energy, and could grant their user super strength, super durability, super speed, interstellar flight, vacuum adaptation, and many more.

For those who aren't ordinary and have the connection to other dimensions or alternate sources of powers, the Nega-band could harness the powers the users don't know they have. For Phyla-Vell, she could access the power to the Quantum realm.

'Once she finds ways to harness the power herself, she would no longer need the Nega-band to assist her.' Ryan thought. He knew that after the Nega-band was destroyed, Phyla-Vell accepted the offer from Oblivion and became his avatar, which was something he didn't want to happen.

As he was studying the Nega-band, Dawn arrived inside the Pantheon using his teleportation spell.

"You know how long I have been waiting for you to get here, God Killer?" Ryan asked playfully.

"What's up?" Dawn replied as fist-bumped Ryan.

"Looking good. Which second-hand store did you buy the hand from?" Ryan said as he noticed Dawn's new arm.

"I got it as a reward for eliminating a mad king." Dawn replied dismissively. The Skrull King, Dorrek VII, had already been obliterated by him. As he was a god, Dawn used the root source death on him to prevent him being revived by any other means.

'I had been wishing to avoid the God Butcher, but instead I became a God Killer.' Dawn thought.

"That sounds good. You even got breast milk from the three-boobies woman from your endeavor." Ryan teased.

Dawn was stunned for a while, before he raised his middle finger at Ryan. The reason Dawn's face contorted before this was because he saw Rubenna squeezed her boobs and guided the fluid into the bottle he gave her.

That was also when he realized she basically asked him to suck on her boobs if he wanted immortality for himself. Rubenna blushed when she saw that Dawn was staring at her during the process, which caused him to have goosebumps.

"Maybe we can find a Homelander to sell it to?" Ryan said.

"Wait… Kai didn't know about it yet, right?" Dawn got a naughty idea.

"Yup. I really like what you're thinking, but that guy would probably be like," Oh this is breast milk? " and then go on like usual."

"Yeah he is pretty boring."

The duo's attention then moves toward a huge rock.

"Is she dead?" Dawn asked when he saw Phyla-Vell underneath fallen debris in front of them.

"She is barely alive from my intervention. She is supposed to die here… I think." Ryan hypothesized.

By dying here, Phyla-Vell would have gotten into the amniotic sac together with the Origin and would be reborn by the universe itself. Ryan didn't want to wait that long as he wanted Dawn to have the choice, whether he wanted revenge or saving her.

After looking at Dawn's face, Ryan knew that he didn't blame Phyla-Vell for what she had done. 'So Lucky.' Ryan thought sarcastically.

"Ei Sheal" Dawn chanted as Ryan controlled the debris to be removed from Phyla-Vell with telekinesis. The pieces of her flesh that were forcefully merged with the rock were pulled out and gently pieced together with the rest of her.

In less than a minute, a beautiful and naked white-haired woman appeared from the pile of flesh underneath the rock. Her clothes were already destroyed from the battle and being buried.

There were also a few bodies that Ryan had pulled out from the Pantheon temple. Those who were innocents were taken out and laid down on the floor beside him. Those who deserved their death were just left to fate.

Taking out his staff, Dawn also casted the magic for the others. Those who had even a sliver of life inside of them quickly regenerated from their pancake condition and returned to when they were still healthy.

Dezan, the younger brother of Dorrek VII was among the pancakes Ryan had pulled out from the prison. The years of torture inflicted on him by his own brother, malnutrition, sodomy, and countless other abuse were all gone with the magic casted on him.

Phyla-Vell with a pierced heart also had all of her injuries regenerated and she sat up from her lying down position. "Dawn?" She asked as she was unsure. The man in front of her bears resemblance to the God she had fought before, but he was looking much older now.

He also didn't have any trace of hostility she had expected him to have as she had taken his arm from him. When she saw his hand had been regenerated, a burden instantly lifted off her mind.

She lowered her head and said, "I am sorry. I have no excuse for what I did to you."

Dawn and Ryan widened their eyes a little bit.

Ryan said, "are you sure? There are a lot of excuses that you can make."

"Yes." Phyla-Vell replied. "There is no excuse. No matter what excuses I make, there won't be any that could change what I had done. All I can say is how sorry I am to have judged you before I know you."

"I forgive you." Dawn said easily. Phyla-Vell raised her head to look at him and tears started to fall from her glassy eyes.

"Go back on the ship and rest. The war is already over." Dawn said as he looked at Ryan and Dezan.  Phyla-Vell tried to stand up, but her knees were too weak. Dawn helped her to get up and carried her in a princess carry, causing her to blush.

It was the first time in her life that she has a close contact with another sex. Dawn then teleported her inside the Arcadia and laid her down on the infirmary before he teleported to the battlefield.

Ryan had been talking or more accurately Ordering the prince to do something for him.

Inside the laboratory.

"The machine is self-sustaining. We can't stop the energy flow. Otherwise, the entire planet will be blown to bits." Reed Richards with a shaky voice as he read the data on the monitor.

"Why would you care though?" Ryan asked teasingly. "I thought you would want nothing more than to destroy them after what you had been through."

Reed was silent for a while before he said, "We can't judge an entire species just by the action of one party. If that was the norm, the humans couldn't be said to have their humanity. Right? Or in this universe humans are different and were saints from birth until death?" He smirked as he talked with Ryan, a man who he considered a genius after spending just a few minutes with.

Although the vicinity of the city was evacuated, millions of innocent Skrulls still live their daily life on the planet, without even knowing about the war happening on the other side.

"Hey, Doge!" Ryan suddenly yelled out. Adam, who was still searching for the scientist, was puzzled by his actions. Even Gamora and Peter Quill were confused by him.

"There is no time left for the machines to be safely shut down. You know that we won't stop until the rewriting process is shut off. We would even sacrifice the whole planet if it needed to be."

Doge Udu Fenu who was sitting in the shadows listened attentively to what Ryan was saying. Ryan continued, "Why don't you join us in what we're working on? That way, all of us will get what we want."

Quill was alarmed and pointed his gun at Ryan, "So you're going to rewrite the universe too?"

Ryan waved his arm, and Quill's gun turned into a flower. Reed was stunned by Ryan's magical prowess, and Adam crunched his eyebrow as he couldn't sense what Ryan had done using his cosmic awareness. Doge Udu Fenu stealthily read the perimeters Ryan had inputted on the machinery, and his hand shivered.

"Shut up and Go play outside. You can start to evacuate too if you want. The whole lab will go down – whether the machinery was shut down or not."

"What about you?" Gamora said as she pushed Quill to the side.

"Really? You're going to shove me away?" Quill asked.

"You're lucky I didn't kick you away. Also, you have no function here at all. Why are you mad he's telling you to go?" Gamora snided. Quill was speechless as Gamora basically called him an idiot. He may be an idiot, but he could catch the hidden meaning behind her words.

"I will stay here with them. You two go." Adam interjected before Ryan could reply to Gamora. If the whole building went down, he could teleport the scientists outside with the magic he learned from Dawn.

Ryan nodded at Adam. Not that he needed it, but he was grateful Adam would put himself in danger for people he barely knew.

Suddenly, the floor 10 meters near the machinery opened, revealing the whereabouts of Doge Udu Fenu, the scientist the Guardians had been searching for this entire time.

Pushing the lever of his wheelchair, Doge rolled slowly from the shadows and appeared in front of Ryan and Adam.

The groups there were shocked when they saw Doge's figure. He has a branding iron mark on his face and his thin body was not in any way comparable to the healthy scientists Adam, Gamora and Quill had been fighting against. The mark on his face was spelled liar in the Skrull native language.

"You…Ehem…" Doge wanted to speak, but his throat closed up. He hadn't shown himself to another person for a decade now. Not even the King knew who he actually looked like. "You called for me?"

Adam almost twitched his mouth. He had been calling the scientist to come out for half an hour now. But Ryan called him once and he came out willingly.

"Your mark…" Gamora muttered unconsciously.

"This?" Doge raised his hand slowly and ran his finger on the scar. "They said I wasn't to be trusted. And they should never put down their guard with me there. They branded me so that they could always recognize me even if I changed into another person."

The ones who did it were the same ones who beat his mother to death. He got the mark after he buried his mother. They held his hands tightly and permanently scarred his face and beat him up everyday just for existing. That was before the Skrulls government rescuer came by to save him.

"We don't have time. Go now." Ryan said, snapping Gamora and Quill from their thoughts.

After the duo left, Doge rolled beside Ryan and Reed. Metals arms came out from his wheelchair and started to adjust the perimeters of the mechanisms together with Reed and Ryan.

Outside the laboratory, Quill and Gamora crossed paths with the Fantastic Three that were waiting for Reed.

At that time, Kai flew toward them and instantly teleported them all inside the Arcadia without any discussions. He couldn't use magic so he tore open a scroll containing a mass teleport spell.

"Sit down." Kai pointed Susan at the bed in front of him.

"Buddy. You-" Before Johnny could say anything, Kai stared at him with terrifying pressures emanating from him. Johnny gulped while Gamora was a bit excited.

"Drink the revitalizing fluid. Now." Kai said and wore his lab coat over his bare torso.

In the lab, Reed was apprehensive at first, and a little suspicious about Doge's involvement. He whispered to Ryan, "Are we sure we can trust him?"

"Do you mean morally or intellectually?"

"The first one."

"Yeah. He's okay." Ryan said as he looked at Doge who could hear everything they said.

"60 seconds before the Universe Rewrite." Adam notified.

On the battlefield, Hela's army had grown to the terrifying number of 100,000 zombies.

However, most zombies were idle and barely moving as the Skrull army had basically given up. They had lost half of their army battling the islanders. They knew deep down that they were fighting a useless battle.

More than 200,000 had run away, and the islanders had let them to do so. The Xandarians and the Kree reinforcement had landed on the planet when the battle was almost over.

"Took you long enough." The exhausted fake Mandalorian, Jay said to the Centurion.

"We have trouble with the warships above. Nova Rocket had joined the battle right?" Gia asked.

"Hmm? We didn't see him around though?" Jay said in a questioning tone.

"What?" Gia said as she scanned the battlefield using the Xandarian spacecrafts to find Nova.

Then, she saw Nova laying down unconscious on the battlefield surrounded by an army of zombies.

"What has happened?" Gia asked in a shaky voice.

Hela heard her question as the battle had bored her now. "He swooped by and thought I was the villain. So I kicked him."

Gia was speechless when she heard that. Not only Nova had attacked an ally, but to be knocked out after one kick? 'The boy needed a lot more training before he was ready. Maybe…I should send him to earth?' Gia thought.

Nova was only 15 years old this year – only one year older than Peter Parker. He would need education and a place to live if he moved to earth. 'I should talk to their Vice President about this. Their planet summit is in a month. Surely Xandar and Earth could come to an agreement before that.' Gia schemed inside her mind.

The other allies weren't as calm as the Xandarians.

"WHERE IS THE REALITY ALTERING MACHINES?!" Ronan the Accuser yelled toward Annika, trying to search for the source of the threat. He was pointing at her with his finger, raising Annika's annoyance toward him.

"They really dare to send a wanted criminal here?" Gia said as she walked toward Ronan.

"Mind your business Xandarian. Otherwise…" Ronan threatened. Then, Annika gripped the finger he was pointing at and broke it!

"Argh-" Ronan quickly pulled his hand away and retreated a few steps backward. The Kree surrounded Annika instantly after that, but she didn't pay them any heed.

Before she could speak, an ethereal baritone voice resounded all over the Kree.

"If the Kree's didn't shut off the warships targeting the laboratories and the other facilities of the Skrulls, the Arcadia will appear on Hala within the next hour." Dawn warned them as he appeared on the battlefield.

"Ronan. Pull back NOW!" One of the Kree superior said to the accuser. He stared hatefully at Annika before he and his troop left the scene.

Hela looked at Dawn excitedly and his older self imprinted in her mind instantly. She might be breathing heavily if it wasn't for the fact that she was with the rest of the crew.

"All of you get back on the ship." Dawn ordered. "The machine will be initiated in 30 seconds."

"Wait…you couldn't stop it?" Gia said fearfully.

"We couldn't. But don't worry. Nothing bad will happen. Our scientist is there right now making sure of it."

"How? How could you be sure of it?" Ronan said sarcastically from afar. He still thought that bombarding the entire planet was the best choice to stop the threat.

Dawn stared at him and chill ran down his spine. Ronan staggered and fell to his knees from a glance. "I don't need you to trust my word. But if you step out of line and decide to ignore it, then something very terrible will happen to you and the rest of your species."

Inside the laboratory, Doge Udu Fenu, Reeds and Ryan finally finished setting up the perimeter for the rewrite.

"GO NOW!" Ryan said. Adam teleported Reed and Doge outside to where Groot and Rocket were standing.

Groot and Rocket were standing amidst the pokemons, causing Adam to be puzzled by the sudden appearance of these creatures.

"Like I said, I wasn't the same type as you guys!" Rocket said angrily. Surprisingly, Rocket could speak with the pokemons without any barriers.

"I am Groot."

"You're not a plant-type. Don't encourage them!" Rocket yelled and saw Adam who had appeared out of knowhere.

"So you can do the teleport thing now?" Rocket. Before he could get an answer, A massive explosion occurred from the laboratory 1 kilometers away from the battlefield in front of the palace.

"Wait. Where is Ryan?" Reed asked anxiously as he noticed that only Doge and him were teleported with Adam. Even Adam was shocked that Ryan didn't come in with them.

Ryan had stayed behind to make sure that nothing could influence the rewrite that was happening. He needed to protect the core from external threat, especially from those dimensional rulers and multiversal beings.

The rewrite took only 10 seconds for it to spread to the entire universe. Ryan just needed the time to pass by without any interference. Suddenly, he sensed the gaze of multiple entities on him.

"My wish for this to go normally was stupid huh." He muttered as he summoned a 100 meter tall being made of his energy. "Susanno."

On the battlefield, a scarlet energy shockwave suddenly passed through the Skrulls stationed there, even the Xandarian and the Kree weren't spared from it.

Rocket closed his eyes when the energy passed through him. When he opened his eyes, he automatically checked his body. "Wait. I am still furry." he muttered.

"I am Groot."

"Yeah you're still a plant." Rocket replied to Groot.

He turned to Reed and Doge, and asked them, "What did you do?"

…

The scarlet energy passed through all the planets in the universe. A Skrull Refugee home in Xandar was affected by the reality wave passing through the planet. All of the disguised members of the family suddenly found out that their appearance had returned to their original Skrull looks.

"What just happened?" The father of the ordinary Skrull family muttered. Then, he became fearful when he found out that he had lost his shapeshifting powers.

"We need to leave!" The mom said and started to pack up their things. She placed a hoody on her 9 years old daughter and they moved stealthily toward the spaceship hangar to smuggle themselves out of the planet.

However, the moment they stepped outside of their house, the Xandarian patrol team were walking by the area.

"HALT!" The Patrol guard said.

"Cece. I need you to run away when I give the signal. Okay?" The mom said to her daughter. Although she didn't understand what was happening, she still nodded at her mothers word.

"Remember. I love you." The father said to her daughter. Her mother hugged her for one last time as she knew what would be their fate. Although Xandarian wouldn't beat them up or kill them, they would spend the rest of their lives in prison because they were Skrulls.

The Patrol Guard approached the Skrull family and took off the hood covering the fathers face.

"Ahh, Mr Wendi. Where is your family going? Are you in trouble?" The patrol guard asked with compassion and kindness toward the Skrull in front of them. "What?" Mr. Wendi, the father muttered in puzzlement.

The same things happened all over the galaxy, where the Skrulls living in hiding found themselves losing their powers and their identity had been exposed. But none of them had been treated with contempt and had been placed in prisons. The spies didn't have the same fate though, but their punishment was more lenient than what it should be.

Reed Richards answered Rocket's questions. "We had rewritten the Skrulls' ability to steal someone's memory and shapeshifting. The fact that they no longer have…wait I should say didn't have the ability had become a fact to the universe citizens, and the Skrulls would be treated the same as the interstellar citizens of the universe."

"That's awesome. How can I remember it though?" Rocket asked.

This time, Doge Udu Fenu answered the questions. "We can't rewrite the past as it would create a paradox and an entirely different universe from this one. Those who had participated in the war and the Skrulls who had just lost their abilities would remember the change, but they would soon forget about it – just like the rest of the galaxy."

Doge's eyes started to tear up as he remembered his mother's fate after being exposed. "I am so glad." Tears started to fall non-stop and Doge finally cried for his mothers death. His sobs turned to wail, and Reed felt bad that he had cast aspersions on the Skrull Scientist before this.

Doge wasn't like the other mad scientist who treated other races with contempt and lab rats. He truly wanted to change the fate of the ordinary Skrulls and let no one else go through the same fate that he had gone thought.

Ryan had done something else without the knowledge of Reed Richards – the smartest man on Earth, and Doge Udu Fenu – arguably the smartest of the Skrulls.

He had cleansed the Skrulls of their deviant genes – the cause of their shapeshifting ability and their periodic madness.

The Prince of the Skrull, Dezan , walked toward the throne and sat on it. "From today onward, I will be the King of the entire Skrull species. With me sitting on the throne, the agreement to stop the war with Arcadia would be valid, and the war is now over."

The Skrulls participating in the war fell to their knees after hearing the decree. They could finally stop fighting against the monsters. Tears fell from their eyes and they started to chant, "LONG LIVE KING DEZAN!!!"

However, the King raised his arm to quieten the crowd as he didn't finish speaking.

"For a period of time, Arcadia would guard our defenseless planet until we can stand on our own two feet."

""""""YEAHHH!!!!!!!!!!!"""""""""""""""

The fickle Skrull army screamed at the top of their lungs in excitement. The question does nag at them, especially with the Kree and Xandar here on the planet. Would they be conquered next after all the things the King had done? Luckily, the new King's wisdom had saved them from their fate.

The Kree scoffed after hearing the decree. They returned to their warship and left the Skrulls' planet without saying anything underneath Dawn's gaze.

The Xandarians have a completely different attitude than the Krees. They were extremely happy that the war was now over. They even pinned down all the blame on the previous king, and there was talk about the Skrulls and Xandar entering a peace treaty together.

Aboard the Arcadia – During the Universe rewriting process.

"The Dark Matter engine is at 100% capacity." Ana said.

"Good. Cloak us now." Dawn said. The Arcadia flickered in and out of existence during the rewriting process. None of the crew was affected by the process and they would all remember the incident.

10 seconds after the reality rewrite, Ryan teleported back inside Arcadia.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU!!!!" Yelena screamed as she saw Ryan's condition.

Half of his face was gone and people could see his skull. His body was bloodied and burned by an infernal flame. Several bone spikes were attached on his lower limbs, and black symbiote residue could be seen all over his clothes.

"Call Dawn for me will you?" Ryan said weakly as he prevented Yelena from holding him up. He leaned on the walls to prevent himself from falling down.

"I swear. Mephisto and Knull. I would kill both of you myself." Ryan muttered underneath his breath. He saw Dawn and Kai teleporting to his side, and he finally let his consciousness go. His sight darken and he fell forward. Dawn and Kai catched him from falling, and they smirked.

"It seems we have a very dangerous target next." Kai said with a grin.

"We sure do. Let's go back to the island. The bastards are still looking at him outside the ship."

"You go. I will help handle the situation here." Kai said. Dawn nodded and teleported back to the hidden island paradiso where he would help Ryan heal himself.

After the war, Hela stood against her 100,000 zombie strong army. "Now what should I do with you guys?"

(A/N : I finally finished it. What do you think about the conclusion? It's the longest arc I have ever done!)
