Dumbledore looked at him with complicated expression, he could've tell whether Andrew is trying to gain sympathy and break Harry's support all over or just a moment of his lost impulse. But whatever it is things are escalted to this point and it's going to be bad for Harry.

Dumbledore took a deep breath then wanted to say he won't expel but before he could professor sprout arrived with her shovel, McGonagall stood infront of Andrew, Snape is looking at him and waiting for what Dumbledore will do but Dumbledore can see the look snape's face, he won't support harry at all, even Flitwick who will stay out of these things also stood infront of Andrew.

Hannah and Cassandra are beside Andrew supporting him. For the first time in Hogwarts history a rebellion like atomosphere is formed in Hogwarts against the headmaster. The portraits are seeing a this with wide eyes.

In centuries this is the first time for a student the whole school is standing up against the head master. The atomosphere is becoming tense by the second while Dumbledore said in a heavy tone," Andrew is a student of Hogwarts and we will not abandon him.
