Lost and found

I slowly open my eyes, I wince as soon as I do because of the bright light.

I raise up and look around, I seem to be in some sort of cell, at that moment my head starts to hurt as the memories of what happened, started to come back to me.

"MOM!!!" I scream out.

"Your mother is dead, I killed her myself." the girl that was chanting about my dad's death says.

'She would be if it wasn't for whatever this kid did, it held us off until the order started to show up, luckily we were able to grab the kid.' Bellatrix thinks to herself.

[Flashback.]

Bellatrix POV.

"W-What is that thing?" Bellatrix asks out loud.

"AVADA KEDAVRA!" Lord Voldemort launches a spell.

The monster didn't move but instead took the spell head-on.

"BOOM!"

Nothing happened, this continued for about 5 minutes of us all throwing different spells at it and nothing affected it.

*SWOOSH*

"The order is here." Someone said behind me.

At that point the boy fell over and the monster disappeared.

"Grab the boy." Lord Voldemort said before he apparated away.

"NOOO!" Iris screamed.

"HAHAHA." I laughed as I grab the boy and apparated away.

[Flashback end.]

Agis POV.

"Dont even try to do what you did to save your mom, we sealed your magic so you won't be able to." Bellatrix says.

'M-My family is gone.'

1 month has passed since I woke up here, every day I hopped and prayed for someone to find me but no one ever did.

Every day they come to my cell and torture me and make me tell them what magic I used, I keep telling them I didn't use anything magc but they say I'm lying and continue to use the Cruciatus Curse, it is the worst pain imaginable.

The only reason I can stand it is because I think of my family, and the revenge I will one day get for them.

So this went on for 3 years, I am now 7, after the first 2 years of torture the curse started to not work it started to feel weaker, I still feel it, it's just not as bad.

I hear some people talking I get ready for my next round of torture.

[Severus Snape POV.]

"HAHAHAHA, we have had him for about 3 years." a random death eater says.

'Have we finally found him? Is he really alive? We have only heard rumors about the prince, most being that the Dark Lord killed him but some said he was alive.' Snape thinks to himself.

"Here he is." a random death eater says as he points to a cell.

Inside I see a frail boy with cuts all over his body.

"I want to torture him by myself I have a bone to pick with his family," I say to the death eater.

"Alright have fun," he says with a sinister smile.

I wait till he leaves, then I walk into the cell. I get a closer look at the boy and notice he has no muscles on his body and his hair reaches his back, he seems to have trouble breathing.

"By Merlin's Beard."

I lean down and whisper into his hear.

"Prince Agis, can you hear me?" I ask.

He tries to respond but all that comes out is low grunts. He starts to get a nervous look on his face.

'He probably hasn't had a real conversation in a long time.'

"Agis, we have found you don't worry I will leave and come back with the ministry we will get you out of here, you just have to wait a couple more hours." as I say this tears start to swell in his eyes.

"I will be fast." I say this as I stand up and walk out of the cell.

"Done already?" the death eater asks.

"There is not much left." I say while fighting the urge not to torture this man here and now. But I must inform the ministry and Dumbledore as fast as I can.

As soon as I am outside Immediately apparate to the ministry. I walk straight to the courtroom/hearing ignoring all of the security that tried to stop me.

(don't know the actual name of the room.)

I walk in and everyone of importance is in there.

I walk to the middle of the room and say.

"THE PHOENIX HAS RISEN."

This was a code that was chosen, that if or when we found the prince we could alert the people that needed to know.

The minister as well as everyone in the room looks at me.

"Are you positive?" he asks.

"I am certain I have seen him with my own eyes." I say.

The minister looks to his left and says to his secretary.

"Call every Auror we have."

Agis POV.

It has been a couple of hours since I last saw that man, I tried to respond to him but no matter how hard I tried the words wouldn't come out? I have started to think he was just saying that until I started to hear shouts and screams from upstairs.

I see two people run downstairs and stand in front of my cell before rushing in to grab me.

"Alastor, he needs medical now I don't even know how he is alive now." one of the men say.

"Kingsley, I am going apparate with him to St Mungo's Hospital, tell the others," Alastor says.

Not waiting for a response he does exactly that, but everything goes black the moment he picks me up.

(1 week later at St Mungo's Hospital.)

I feel someone squeeze my hand, I slowly start to open my eyes.

"Agis?" I hear a familiar voice that I haven't heard in a long time.

'Could it be?' I think to myself.

I look to my right where I heard the voice.

"Mom?"
