Harry Potter: The Dark Lord Dudley Dursley

In a peculiar twist of fate, a brilliant scientist awoke to a new adventure in the world of the Harry Potter. However, this wasn't the sort of reincarnation that turned him into Harry Potter. No, the scientist, known for his extraordinary intellect and ambition, found himself reborn into the pudgy, pampered body of none other than Dudley Dursley. But now, the fates have changed, and Dudley would no longer serve as a mere cannon fodder. Still, some questions remain unanswered: - How will Dudley, a Muggle, find his way into Hogwarts? - What will happen when Harry evolves from a dimwit into a Sherlock Holmes under Dudley's tutelage? - Will Dumbledore be able to pull off his plans for the greater good when faced with Harry Holmes and his elder brother? - How will Voldemort react when he discovers that his beloved Death Eaters have a new master now? ..... The Irreversible Decision

"I tried responding to the address on the envelope, and it wasn't long before I received a reply from Hogwarts. This confirms that in the hidden corners of our world, there are indeed a large number of 'wizards' or 'magicians' with their own groups and organizations," Penny explained.

Vernon looked incredulous and asked, "You've communicated with 'them' (wizards)?"

Penny nodded solemnly and continued, "To be honest, when we first adopted Harry, someone from 'Hogwarts' contacted me..." She hesitated for a moment before revealing the name. "Albus Dumbledore. He called himself the headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He made it clear that in their world, there's a group of 'dark forces' who are ruthless killers. He asked us to take care of Harry because they believe we can protect him."

Vernon's face displayed a mix of shock and disbelief. "Albus Dumbledore? What kind of mess is this?"

Penny's voice was steady as she replied, "These 'dark forces' don't seem to care about the lives of ordinary people. They have the power to create flying 'blades' in the sky..."

Vernon's anger flared, and he slapped the table in frustration. "Damn it! What kind of trouble have we gotten ourselves into? Listen, Penny, I found out from a friend that they are afraid of water, according to some 'Wizarding Forbidden' or something. The ocean is the only thing that can stop them. Let's move to a small island surrounded by the sea, live in seclusion for a while, and when the 'Hogwarts' school season is over, we can leave. Leaving home for now might be our wisest choice."

Penny agreed, "Then I'll go prepare. I'll call Dudley and Harry, and we'll leave tomorrow night.

.....

Morrison Biolab, London.

Dudley stared at the office building in front of him, thinking about what his mother Penny had explained to him the previous night. A strange phenomenon had been happening in their house recently.

The idea that only "seawater" could stop any potential danger sounded ridiculous to him. It wasn't as if they were dealing with wizards who had mastered strange spell-casting abilities. This was not the world of One Piece, where abilities ceased to function when encountering seawater. Wizards wouldn't be foolish enough to step on seawater and become powerless. They were more cunning than that.

Dudley hadn't seen what real wizards looked like, but he recalled Harry playing freely in the sea during a trip to the beach.

Although he didn't completely understand why his parents blindly believed in these "wizard taboos" and seemed so anxious about them, Dudley didn't view their plan to move to an isolated island surrounded by seawater as a bad thing. Such a place would have primitive living facilities with no electricity or signals, providing limited contact with the outside world. It was, in a way, isolation from the rest of the world.

This moment also presented an opportunity for Dudley.

"Dudley, I just received a call from your father. It's a real shame!" A middle-aged man in a white coat, Morrison Hill, walked out in front of Dudley, looking at the child with regret. He complained, "Dudley, you must persuade your business-minded father that learning this kind of thing requires consistent effort. Taking random breaks and indulging in entertainment will make you forget the knowledge you've gained."

Listening to Morrison Hill's words, Dudley understood that the professor cared about him, even though there were many things he couldn't share with him.

"Thank you, Professor. I'll pass on your advice to my father," Dudley replied.

Morrison sighed in resignation. After all, this was a matter within the Dursley family, and he had no legal right to intervene.

Dudley returned to the biological laboratory and erased any evidence of his research. He didn't know when he'd be back, so he needed to ensure nothing was amiss.

Looking at the vials containing the [Magic I Virus] and [Magic II Virus], Dudley realized he had no more time to waste.

He no longer hesitated. Dudley picked up a disposable syringe and drew a small amount of the reagent, placing it in a medical chilled box. He knew his experimental data was incomplete, the overall plan wasn't ready, and the details weren't finalized. It was all too hasty, but he couldn't afford to wait.

.....

Two days later, on July 30, London time, during the night, an unknown island housed a towering domed tower. The surrounding waves were rough, crashing on the reef with a thunderous sound.

On the tower's second floor, near a glass window, Dudley sat, gazing at the slowly burning oil lamp not far away. Hesitating, he finally forced himself out of bed and made his way to the desk. A faint red dot was visible on the glass window, a mark from the injection of the [Magic I Virus] some time ago.

He reached out to pick up a book from the table, the [Clinical Magic Virus Observation Record], preparing to read it. But suddenly, a loud roar emanated from the living room on the first floor. Brilliant lightning pierced the sky, casting a cold and pale light on Dudley's face.
