Magic is Everywhere! Pt 1

(Changed his name like I said I was going to do)

Waking up in the morning, Joey looks at the opposite of him. Still trying to remember what he did last night, all of it comes back to him. Sighing to himself, he gets out of his bed. "Justin, wake up." Waking up Justin, Joey goes and puts on his robe. Leaving Justin in his bed, he walks out.

Getting to the grand hall, Susan is sitting there reading the daily prophet. "Good morning Susan." Looking up from her paper, she smiles at him. "Hello, Joey." Sitting by her, Susan reaches for Joey's bag quickly. "Let me borrow this real quick." Taking the notebook from him, she quickly flips through it. Getting to the page with Accio in it. She points at it. "So, is this the spell you and Hermione were learning?" Looking at his expression, Susan takes that as a yes. "Well, I want to learn the spell too." Pressing him to teach her, Joey breaks. "Well, let's learn it later today in the Library."

"What are you two talking about?" Walking to them tiredly. Justin takes a seat by Joey. Grabbing a piece of bread from Joey's plate. Joey tries to smack out of his hand, "Get your piece, and we were talking about practicing spells." Laughing at his rebuttal, "Count me in." Looking at Justin weirdly, Susan stares at him. "I don't want you to join." Looking back at Susan, "Why?" Entering what seems like a staring contest. Joey breaks it. "We got class." Getting up from his seat. He walks from them arguing and goes to class.

Entering the class, the class today happens to be with Gryffindor. Finding Hermione, he quickly takes the spot by her. "Hey, Hermione." Saying good morning to him, they both enjoy conversations that other people are having and wait until the class starts.

Looking over at the entrance of the room. Two people were merely late.

Entering the room quickly, Justin and Susan both run to random seats. Getting a seat by Ron, Justin curses his luck. While Susan got to sit by a fellow Hufflepuff. Looking over to where Justin is, Susan makes a face.

Frowning, Professor Quirrerl walks into the class. "Wel-Welcome to class." Moving to the middle of the room. He begins to stutter for most of the lesson, trying to sit there and learn most of the class begins to drift away from what is being taught.

Writing down a couple of words of what Quirrel is saying, Joey tries his best to make sense of what is being said. While Hermione periodically gave up. "I can't understand what he is saying like always." Reaching for her book, she would preferably read than listen to him speak. But still not giving up, Joey continues to write and listen to him, but not to every word he says. Almost by the end of the class, everyone is ready to leave.

"A-and with that. That's the end." Getting to the end of the class, everyone in the class hurries out. Not getting out of his chair, Joey looks over the notes he has, "Professor Quirrel, I got a question." Spooked by the sudden appearance of his student behind him, he takes a step back.

"Professor Quirrel, sorry for scaring you, sir. I just have a question." Nodding at Joey, Joey hurries up and asks him about a faster method to cast spells from his wand. "Wouldn't a different professor be fine with you asking this?" Responding quickly. "Well, it was the thought you put into my head." Getting a way to flick his wand better, Joey goes straight to the library.

Looking through each of the books, he looks for simple curses. Looking at where the overseer is, he scraps the idea of going into the restricted section. Grabbing a book and checking it out. He walks down the halls.

Looking over to his left side, he sees Justin and Ron running somewhere together. Following the two, he stays out of their sight.

"Harry wanted to ask you to do something for him. And you brought me here along for protection?" Getting a sense of what's happening, Justin keeps questioning Ron. "Yes." Still following him, "And why couldn't you ask Joey for this? He's better than me at this stuff." Stopping for a second, Ron proceeds to make a dumb face. "Well, I doubt he would join me." Laughing at Ron's knowledge of Joey, they run until they get outside.
