The new King

All the fighters started running at each other and fighting, Zenkai backed up and stayed out of the clash in front of him but one of them ran at him but Zenkai has a really fast reaction and moved out the way and gave him an uppercut in the face and sent the guy up the crowd was shocked by this and Hikari's father was surprised by this strong boy but there was another strong guy there the one who told Zenkai to leave the room he already took out ten people and only about ten left including him and Zenkai he sat down and let everyone else fight it out and Zenkai stayed in his spot as well so the other eight brutally fought until there was one left there the man got up and walked toward him

"Hey wait maybe yall should fight and let me get my energy back"

The guy didn't listen and grabbed the guy by his neck and lifted him and tossed him toward the walls he then looked at Zenkai

"I told you, you should leave earlier"

"Why would I do that this is an easy win for me"

"Ok listen up kid my name is Leo and I'm the only one who'll be able to rule his kingdom" he came near Zenkai he stood at 6'5 while Zenkai was only 6'1 so he was kinda big he lifted his hand and was about to strike down. Zenkai moved and tripped the guy with his leg he fell and the crowd started laughing he got back up and started letting out a bunch of punches angrily he couldn't land a single hit and ran out of breath

"For someone who wants to rule a country, you sure are weak" Zenkai then kicked him and knocked him over to the floor and from there the fight was done.

"And we have our winner and the new king of Jadia" the guy whispered to Zenkai

"What's your name?"

"Kiseki"

"Our new king Kiseki!"

The crowd went wild and Hikari came down and grabbed Zenkai's hand and kissed him on the cheek

"Congratulation, my king"

Her father came down and stood there and waited for his daughter when she finished talking with Zenkai they both returned to the Castle.

"Whenever you are ready you can go up to the castle and the guards there will help you get adjusted to your new life" Zenkai left the stage and walked out of the arena. He then finally made it to the castle and as he came up the hill what stood before him were dozens of soldiers all kneeling to him. One of the royal guards came to Zenkai and helped him walk through a 10-foot door

"Follow me for a tour"

Zenkai walked in and saw a room made of gold from the walls to the seats never seen such wealth in his life they continued with the tour when they finally made it to where he was going to sleep

"You'll sleep here alone until you marry Hikari then you guys will be able to sleep together"

He left the room and closed the door leaving Zenkai in there alone, Zenkai walked around and stared at his Alaskan King size bed, and when he laid on it, it felt as if he was laying on a million feathers he's never felt something so soft in his life he got up and opened his closet and took out an all-white kimono and put it on and looked in the mirror.

"I should honestly shower first," he said laughing and switched back to his old clothes and walked out the room and bumped into Hikari again.

She laughed "it seems I keep falling for you"

He laughed and helped her back up and they started at each other she then did a little courtesy lifting her dress and bowing to him.

"My King did you like your room or was it too small"

"More like too big," he said

She laughed and grabbed his arm and they walk

"So what do you plan on doing since you live here now"

"Um honestly I wanna know what you know about the prince"

She then lost her smile but gained it back "he's a traitor to our people and his death is a gift to the residents of Jadia"

Zenkai stayed emotionless and didn't let it phase him "but you must have known him if you lived in the castle for a long time"

"Oh yeah we grew up together he was always a happy kid even though he was always locked in the castle but we snuck out together and he was like a brother to me but he started talking to me about how he hated his father" she then started crying and Zenkai pulled her into his room "please continue".

"his father was abusive and a terrible king but to the outside world he was amazing and loved by all lately I've been having these dreams about him telling me someone will be visiting me he fits your description but when you told me your name was Kiseki I was sad once again I got my hopes up"

Zenkai stopped her and tied up his hair "my name isn't Kiseki it's Zenkai" her eyes grew wide and she fell to the floor "you were the one in my dreams"

"No they weren't dreams it was Darling communicating with you"

"Darling? Is that the name he told you she wiped her tears"

"That isn't his name is it"

"No, his name was Shugo but I called him Darling"

"I see so do you believe he is a cursed prince"

"No, I just had to keep a front but he was with me when his father was killed and we both entered the room together when the guards came into the room and told me to jump out the window so I don't get caught but by the time he was about to jump the guards already saw him so he stayed behind to let me escape"

Zenkai thought for a second then spoke "well do you know anyone who hated the king"

"none that I'm aware of like I said he was loved by all and Darling doing it was the only thing that made sense to the guards"

"Ok thanks for the talk I also got a message from Darling during my sleep"

She wipes her face and grabs Zenkai again "come on I have to make you look good for the coronation."

"I thought I already looked good"

She laughed "your face is the only thing that looks good you smell like you slept in horse poop" she then grabbed him and threw him in the bathroom and closed the door.

"Don't come out until you smell exactly how the soap smells" she left his room

Zenkai looked around the bathroom

"Damn the size of this is the size of my living room back when I lived alone" he took off his clothes and untied his hair and walked into the shower. He was in there for about 30-40 minutes and came out and grabbed a floor-length purple and black robe, a white turban with feather decorations, and pointed black shoes. He grabbed a handful of chains and put it around his neck. Zenkai walked to the highest part of the castle and went they a window stepping on a balcony when he looked down the whole city stood there celebrating and Hikari came from behind and grabbed his shoulder.

"How does this make you feel?"

"Amazing to be truthful, but I didn't plan on all of this" then a speaker came on and spoke

"Congratulations to our new king Kiseki!!"

The crowd went wild and started cheering.

"Anything you would like to say Kiseki?"

A microphone was handed to Zenkai and he stared at it wondering what he should say when Hikari just told him to be himself

"Hello residents of Jadia, as you all know my name is Kiseki the new king originally I wasn't planning on all of this and it just started happening. You know me mom always told me I was meant for more and maybe this is what she meant taking this fallen country and returning it to its old state a wealthy power country long story short, let's make Jadia great again!"

He turned around and walked back into the castle sat on his throne.
