Zenith Empire's Power Dynamics
The Zenith Empire is the weakest empire on the blue planet because it has suffered from attacks in every direction, with only the Holy Dragon Empire providing support. Without the dragon's assistance, the Zenith Empire struggles to see another day. However, it is not entirely helpless; the empire has managed to sustain itself for five sanctuaries and continues to do so on the planet, showcasing its inherent strength.
The power hierarchy of the Zenith Empire is as follows:

King Rudas has many children, with several of them being as arrogant as can be. However, some stand out as skilled warriors, particularly the crown prince, [Judas Zenith], who is the firstborn and highly favored by the king. At the young age of 45, Judas has already attained the Mythical rank, making him the youngest in the family to achieve such significant power. This is notable as individuals can easily live 200+ years after reaching the Mythical rank.
The Zenith Royal Family possesses a private force known as the [Royal Guardians], comprising over 12 powerful warriors of Mythical rank. Leading this force is [Veldora Walker], a Royal Dragon highly trusted by the king. Veldora is one step away from achieving the transcendent rank.
Within the Zenith Empire, there are 12 city lords overseeing the Zenith continent. They hold cultivation ranks ranging from 1 Mythical rank to 11 Legendary ranks, a testament to their role in sustaining the empire for hundreds of years.
