"N, did I get in the way of you catching Boris?" J was sitting in the restaurant, feeling a little depressed.

"No, because I didn't want to catch him. I wanted to kill him. You went upstairs to help me, but he was lucky and got away." Noah didn't blame J; after all, it was just an accident.

"New York isn't that big. Right now, everyone in M.I.B is looking for Boris and the aliens that escaped with him from Lunar Max. We'll definitely catch him in 3 days." Noah consoled.

But Noah knew that Boris had probably run away and left this point in time.

A car stopped at the door, and K walked in, "Looks like there was a big fight here. Have you identified the deceased?"

"It's confirmed. Two are from the Wu Yuan's Restaurant, five are criminals who escaped from LunarMax, and one is the alien who helped Boris escape."

"Boris ran away, and we didn't get him. K, he's very fast, and he can fire off spikes. How did you catch him in the first place?"

J thought it was incredible. 'N wasn't even sure of catching the guy alive, but K did it.'

"When I took out his left arm with one shot, but his parasitic beast was in his left arm. It seems that I made a mistake before, and the parasite didn't die but took the opportunity to escape."

"Without the help of his parasitic pet and weapon, naturally, Boris surrendered. If I knew he would escape and cause such havoc, I would have killed him on the spot."

K felt very uncomfortable inside when he thought of the tragedies that happened to his colleagues in LunarMax. It was a choice made at the time that created the situation at hand, with so many colleagues dying horribly and all the criminals in LunarMax escaping.

"N, are you sure you can catch Boris?" K asked.

"No, we need to kill him. K, Wu's wounded and since it's confirmed that he's been dealing with illegal alien ingredients, even though he's given us information before, I say, we should take him in."

J turned to look at Noah. 'Wu gave them a hint because his son was caught. Now, Boris had already killed his son, should we really take him in?'

"You want MIB to protect Wu first? I've warned him many times before about selling alien ingredients. This is the consequence of his own actions."

"I'll arrange someone to take him away. According to the regulations, he'll be held for at least ten years. I think he can replace confinement with community service. Maybe he can work in the M.I.B's canteen or something and be released after a few years."

"Hey, so I could get streamed buns and kung-pao chicken at headquarters later? We really need to hire a decent cook there!" J strongly agreed with K's approach.

"J, go and help the logistics crew outside. People are starting to gather and do a magic trick or something. N, there's something else I want to talk to you about."

J didn't think much of it, got up and walked out to help. K sat next to Noah, "I think you have something on your mind. Is there something you want to talk to me about?"

Noah smiled, "K, your girlfriend … your ex-girlfriend's illness should be cured soon. Have you ever thought about going back on your word?"

"Go back on my word? If I go back, what about Zed? What about O? What would the M.I.B do? It's a done deal, I won't go back on it, and I can't go back on it."

"Are you sure? Boris left a message today. Maybe he isn't making empty threats and targeting you with a plan in mind." Noah warned.

"If I do get taken out by Boris, that's my fate. Tomorrow, the Arc Net upgrade will be finalised, and Boris won't be much of a threat if he remains on Earth."

"I've discussed it with O. Headquarters will bring in agents from elsewhere to help capture the alien prisoners that escaped from the moon, especially Boris."

"If anyone captures Boris or takes him out, there's going to be a lot of merit in it. If you do, I promise you can reach top agent status within five years."

"There's never been such a young top agent since the creation of the MIB. I think you'll make history."

'After killing Boris, I still have to wait 5 years? This's too much trouble.' Noah thought that he wasn't as experienced as top agents, and his connections with aliens were also poor. However, he was a much better individual fighter than the other top agents.

"K, you caught Boris before and took off one of his arms. Now that he's escaped, he must be targeting you."

K smiled, "If it were me, I would want revenge too. So tonight, I'll be back at my ex-girlfriend's house. I returned to the M.I.B before I enjoyed a truly ordinary life. I'll take one last look before I have to stay out of her life forever."

"There's going to be other agents watching me, so don't worry. Your mission is to catch the other escaped prisoners. Don't worry about me, I'm not that old yet."

Seeing that Noah wanted to persuade him, K directly blocked Noah's words. He was a top agent. Boris couldn't kill him if he was fully prepared.

And the only way to get Boris to take the bait was for him to go out and be the bait. Boris was called 'the Animal', not only because of his ferocity but also because he was good at hunting and waiting for his prey!

He wondered if they could ever find him if he didn't use some of his own tricks against him.

"N, one more thing. Don't be so eager to kill. If you can't catch Boris, there's no need to aim for the kill. When you shot that fish, it was a big waste. You should have brought it back to the bullpen; then at least others could have a taste."

When Noah went downstairs just now, he killed the big fish that J knocked out, gaining a treasure chest.

If it had been before, he might not have forced it, but now after dealing with Boris, he knew he was most likely going back in time alone and fighting Boris without support, so he needed to make himself stronger. J stood outside the door and waved to many onlookers, "Are you surprised? This is our new magic prop. Look here, everyone. I'll show you another close-up magic."

That night, all the M.I.B. agents were busy in New York. For the aliens that had fled out of state, some dedicated people were assigned to chase them down.

Noah, together with J, killed several fugitives. Unfortunately, none of them gave him a silver treasure chest, they were all bronze.

It was almost dawn before Noah returned to headquarters with J. Compared to the other agents who had captured a few aliens, the two of them had only a few corpses in their car.

"Why isn't K back yet? Didn't he say Boris was bound to go after him for revenge? Something couldn't have happened, could it?" J was a little worried.

"It doesn't matter. There're plenty of men watching him. Boris is unarmed, so he wouldn't cause a big stir. Take a shower and get ready for work."
