The battle then began with chaos. The ghosts clashed with the devils and went all out. Devils clawed them and they defended with their weapons. Others blocked with their shields and duelled them with the same ferocity.
The devils were screaming as they attacked, making them annoyed by their shouts. Ghosts then slashed at them and wounded them. Making them shriek like a high pitched scream. Other ghosts were also clawed as they clashed. Making both sides lose numbers.
Joan then dashed towards the devils. He conjured his holy sword as he attacked them. Dashing like it was nothing at all, he swirled his sword as he approached. Devils came in his direction and slashed them with a left and right swing. Making two devils slashed in half.
Joan duelled three of them and he was slashed in three directions. Blocking their attacks with his sword. He was being preoccupied with the enemies but he felt worried.
