Barthogan was winning, his Spies gave her word, which She'd since shared with Tywin. This had led to Tywin giving her a choice, if Barthogan won She'd become his Official Mistress, but not while married. Her Husband had three options; Gelding, The Wall, or Death.
Despite having little love for Emmon, he was still her husband and the father of her children. Which meant that it was up to her to decide the best course of action. She was still Tywin's Little Princess, just as she was her father's before him.
But in all honesty after getting a taste of Barthogan she would never be satisfied by her husband again. Thus While not wanting him dead she knew that she'd have to engineer it so that he was held responsible for what happened to his kinsmen, and get sent to The Wall, but gelded. This would make her life easier underneath Barthogan's Body.

(POV Shift: Tywin Lannister)

Barthogan had offered him much to stay out of his little Rebellion until the last possible moment and to seize Elia Martell and her Daughter after killing her son. The Young Rebel King saw the Prince's wife and daughter as valuable Pawns in his game, and Tywin hoped to leverage that in House Lannister's Favor.
But with Rhaegar returning to the field, and marching to Intercept the Rebels at The Trident it was time to gather the Lannister Forces to either support the Rebels or Prince Rhaegar.
But the coming of the Golden Company was an unforseen issue, it meant that House Lannister could not commit to the Rebels if they Slew Rhaegar. So either way his only recourse was to Marshall his Troops at the Borders and do nothing else.
However, by the reports Barthogan's Queen was fighting beside him, perhaps an opportunity for Cersei and a Crown this could be. The problem would be keeping it from from being found out by Barthogan. The Man had people everywhere, including Casterly Rock. Were it not so infuriating Tywin would applaud Barthogan for infiltrating The Rock like this. Still, Tywin did gain a measure of respect for Barthogan, to get people inside the Rock was no easy feat, and that in itself had some degree of merit. It's a shame Barthogan wasn't born a Lannister....

(POV Shift: Tyrion Lannister)

Tyrion Lannister, Dwarf, Imp, Half-Man, Demon Monkey. But Tyrion was smarter than every man in The Rock save perhaps his Father. Tyrion saw the way the Young Rebel had executed his Strategy and it had impressed the Young Lannister.
Blackstark had decimated The Reach while the majority of their forces were away, took valuable hostages, and left before the Tyrell's could rush home. The losses suffered effectively destroyed The Reacher's advantages, especially since the Arbor and Oldtown were hit first and used to stage further in-land attacks against the Reach.
What made Tyrion truly marvel at this was the fact that Blackstark had sent HIM letters, and had done so in secret and started a Correspondence with him. It was his first real friend outside of his Elder Brother Jaime or his favorite Uncles, Tygett and Gerion....It was something Tyrion would treasure for as long as Barthogan wanted to be his friend.
