Chapter 19

A few hours later, the sun had already set.

The fire torches lit up the tents.

The atmosphere was quiet. No one was seen outside other than the black knights.

Inside one of the tents was Aaliyah, walking back and forth next to a curtain separating the room, seemingly anxious.

Suddenly the light sound of the curtain being pushed away woke her up from her thoughts.

She turned around. And there was Laila, wearing a black thawb covering herself from head to toe.

Only her hazel eyes brightly shone with the fire around her.

Aaliyah took a heavy breath, then nodded her head to her.

Laila showed no emotions in her eyes, as she nodded back.

Aaliyah walked out first, paving the way for her.

As Laila walked to her side, she said, "Did you, speak with your father?"

"For all he knows, is that I am sleeping with you tonight."

They both walked towards the biggest tent. The black knights bowed their heads without a sound as soon as the two walked past them.
