147. Prank
"Alright then wait for my good news". Alex stood up from the chair with a somewhat eager smile and disappeared from the place immediately.
The girls shook their heads when they saw his smile and sighed to themselves.
'Maybe we can finally beat him in bed with another addition?' All of them thought of this and also turned to look at Harley sitting there.
"What?" Harley just smiled cluelessly and turned to look at all of them.
"Nothing". Pamela said and all of them shook their heads but didn't forget to peek at Fate standing on the other side.
'We will have to work hard'. They looked at each other and thought of the same thing at the same time.
Alex on the hand was clueless that there was a big conspiracy going around Harley and Fate on the other side in the Resistance base.
He was running off eagerly to get a duel with Super woman and win her over to their side.
Then he will have plenty of time for follow up development. Just have to put the fish in your own pond first.
He has never been an upright person and is shameless enough. He has never been ashamed to admit it either.
He was already in the Crime Syndicate's base and was treating it as his home ground.
No surveillance or anything was enough to stop him. He was taking a look around the place curiously before he would go to have the duel with Super Woman.
'Hmm, this looks like the throne room or something. True evil taste of an evil guy hub'. Alex's heart was eager and moved when he found this thing.
'Hehe, I suddenly thought of something'. A sinister prank brewed in his mind and he couldn't wait to implement it immediately.
He stepped into throne sneakily and bypassed all the surveillance easily to reach the throne.
'First install some good video cameras to watch the prank live when it happens'. Alex's hand moved and spy cameras appeared in different positions in the room.
There were at least four cameras that covered all the corners of the room. There was also mics to clearly hear everything.
Then he waved his hand to tinker with the throne in front of him.
'Make sure that it will look normal even if looked by X-ray vision. Install a Blue Kryptonite drill in the seat and voila, we have our prank ready'. Alex installed the drill in such a way that it won't be found no matter what they do.
'He probably doesn't check it extensively by dismantling it every time before sitting. So this will work easily'. Alex finished installing all the gimmicks and took his leave with a sinister smiled on his face.
'Now we will see how you withstand this round of slaughter'. Alex laughed strangely to himself like a villain.
He didn't just install the drill though. No that would be too cheap. He made the whole prank way more sinister before leaving the said room.
Alex was smiling to himself wretchedly before slowly restoring his face and taking off towards Super Woman's room.
He reached the front of the room and looked inside with Haki.
She was currently moving her fists in the room and performing different stances.
'So she is the kind of girl that can't sit still'. Alex thought in his mind and immediately teleported into the room.
He appeared beside her in the room and looked at her silently without being find.
"Yo". After some time, he finally greeted her.
"Who?" Super Woman was immediately alerted and took some distance from the voice.
"You are the guy from before". She squinted her eyes and looked at him.
"Yeah, I am here to talk to you about something". Alex nodded his head with a smile and sat down on the bed in the room.
Super Woman put down her hands when she saw Alex's behaviour but she was still vigilant of him.
"What is it?" She asked while maintaining a certain distance from him.
"I want you to defect to my side". Alex said and looked at her with a pleasant smile.
"Why should I do that?" She asked and squinted her eyes at him.
"Because I am stronger than you and a better fighter than a brute like Ultraman who only knows how to wave his fists". Alex said and pointed at her.
"So you are saying that you will spar with me regularly if I defect to your side?" Super Woman questioned but a smile couldn't help from appearing on her beautiful face.
She was really tempted by the thought that a stronger fighter than her will fight with regularly and also help her advance in her skills.
Battle Junkies only like to fight and hone their skills in battle against others.
Yes, Ultraman can help her with satiating her battle lust but it doesn't help much with her skill when all he can do is move wildly like a brute.
She was also very much agreeable with Alex on this point and also felt that the suggestion might not be so bad.
"How about a duel? If I win, you defect. If I lose, I will still come to fight with you when you want?" Alex clapped his hands to gain back her attention and suggested.
"Okay". Super woman agreed after a small amount of thought.
She had nothing to lose from this proposition anyway. She could care less of where she belonged if she could get some much deserved fights.
"Well since it has been decided then let's go". Alex quickly jumped from the bed and narrowed the distance between the two of them.
"Go where?" Super Woman asked a bit puzzled by the statement.
"Someplace to spar innit". Alex said in an authentic British accent and teleported together.
The both of them completely disappeared from the place and reality itself.
Alex was going to take her straight to his Inertron room to spar with her.
With their strength they might put some dents into the floor and the walls but it wouldn't really be problem for Alex to fix that.
