What if this kind of technology fell into the hands of a perverted Otaku and gave him the ability to seek revenge, destroy shit, and tear up half the world and remodel it on a casual Sunday? "Master, you didn't read the instructions, did you?"
"Instructions? How could I do such a thing?" Haze said as he leaned in and looked at Rail's nose, "wow, you really did come out exactly like the picture."
"You-you could've made them bigger." Rail said as she sighed and snapped her fingers. She instantly appeared on the other side of the room and smiled as she sat in front of the television. "I mean my boobs. How can I get someone to stare at me for ten seconds with tits like this?"
"Are you-you're really able to kill people?"
"Duh, I'm your little devil right? I guess we can try it out on that neighbor you don't like, or your landlord... whomever floats your boat father..."

Haze couldn't believe what he was hearing and slowly looked over at a picture he had on the table of a famous terrorist named Hatred who was currently in a building with thousands of hostages.

"I'll wear one of your shirts." Rail smiled and snapped her fingers, appearing in Haze's closet. "I got to say... a secondary ability of teleportation when I snap my fingers is pretty cool... What anime did you get that from master?"
"My dreams of you coming true." Haze shook his head as he looked down at her abilities. "Wait, doesn't that mean you can teleport me anywhere I want?"
"Sure, even into your dreams, if you know what I mean." Rail said as she smiled and grabbed his hand. "However, before we go kill a terrorist, why don't we try it on something simple... Like... Like a person on death row..."
"Sounds good, wait, what?"
Rail grabbed his hand and snapped her fingers before Haze appeared in front of a large prison with hundreds of prisoners behind bars on his left and right side. There was an electric chair in the hallway directly in front of him and a few security guards sleeping against the stone walls...
