Godslayer In the Comic World

Ang suddenly finds himself transported to the "Simple and Honest Gotham City," making a cameo as the "Money-Controlling Abilities Holder." If his petty cash has nothing to do with Batman, Bruce Wayne, this would be quite wonderful. Unfortunately, this is the crisis center of the Marvel and DC universes, a terrifying world where there's no such thing as a free lunch. Ang never expected that after bringing home a magical Wonder Woman, he would gain the power template of the "Godslayer." My goodness! In this world where true gods are everywhere, system, what are you even thinking? https://www.patreon.com/Godslayer_7210

Chapter 21: Quill's Skin

Ever since the Black Mask incident, Ang had been unusually quiet, no longer visiting any nightclubs. This greatly frustrated the managers of various clubs, who occasionally called to delicately inquire about Ang's well-being and assure him of the safety of their establishments.

Unfortunately, the one answering the calls was now Black Canary, the secretary. She dutifully followed Ang's instructions and responded uniformly with, "Brother's been busy lately, no time."

This vexed the managers even more.

Previously, Ang would easily cover the tab for the entire night's drinks at any club, even attracting nearby barflies to join in, leading to packed houses. Clubs naturally served the priciest liquor, maximizing profits up to 1000%. After all, Ang was a wealthy fool, and with money came popularity.

Ang wasn't just any regular gang leader; he was a rare kind who could single-handedly sponsor a nightclub.

With Ang suddenly absent, how were outsiders to know he was responsible for the demise of the Black Mask?

They only knew Roman had caused trouble for Ang before. Now that Roman was gone, all club owners grew to despise him — damn it, if he had just died, fine, but he had to go and drive away Bruce Wayne's biggest benefactor. Gotham City's GDP was plummeting; could the Black Mask afford that responsibility?

Hence, the bigwigs behind the clubs put in extra effort to deal with the remnants of the Black Mask.

Black Mask in hell: "I have something to say. Should I?"

The mob bosses: "Shut the hell up!"

No one knew that Ang was avoiding not just due to the zombie universe issue, but also out of genuine fear. Ang's underworld buddies often told him, "Hey, foreigner, try dying if it's no big deal."

He could only reply, "Foreigners have lower populations for a reason."

Most importantly, Ang got his hands on two new cars from his garage.

Few men didn't love cars.

Compared to the slightly wilder design of Western cars, Ang preferred Chinese domestic cars. But these two new co-branded cars had large, bright headlights and excellent sound systems. The kind of melodious sound that was reminiscent of a canary's trill, making one feel light every time it was heard.

New cars had a running-in period before they could be driven at high speeds.

After a week of running-in, Ang hit the highway.

After a trip on the highway, the car's performance indeed felt stronger. A slight press on the gas pedal showed a more sensitive power increase compared to before hitting the highway.

Two main reasons accounted for this. Firstly, some of the engine's carbon deposits were cleaned out. Additionally, after driving at high speeds for a while, the car's onboard computer adapted to Ang's driving habits, adjusting fuel injection. The intelligent computer, recently upgraded, would quietly open the car doors when Ang approached.

So, after getting the hang of it, Ang was quite satisfied.

...

On this day, Dana suddenly received a command from Ang. She traveled twice using different modes of transport, and even walked in the night to bring back a mysterious box from a warehouse.

After returning, in an underground secret room, the two sisters watched Ang open the box.

"What is this..." They were very curious.

Ang entered a password and took out a human-sized skin suit from this 32-inch metallic travel case.

Ang put it on piece by piece, having Sarah help with the headgear and dealing with the concealed zipper on the back. When everything was done, the two sisters simultaneously gasped.

"Oh my God!" "It's like a whole new person."

Isn't that the truth?

Ang was extremely satisfied.

The person in the mirror stood at 1.98 meters tall. This tall and robust bald warrior had a goatee on his chin, wore a Greek-style skirt and shorts, and only had a pair of bronze armguards and leg guards.

The exposed skin was unusually pale, with a bright red lightning mark on the left chest. A similar red mark was on the left eye, and a long scar extended from the forehead to the cheek on the right eye socket.

Yes!

Ang was wearing the skin of War God Quetzalcoatl.

This wasn't just simple cosplay!

This suit, crafted by Tony Stark, had a layer of state-of-the-art biomimetic muscles made with cutting-edge technology. Tiny sensors on the inside could detect the user's muscle signals, amplifying their movements. The biomimetic muscles, with an average thickness of over 3cm, also provided impressive defensive capabilities against various blunt injuries and stab-resistant effects, similar to stab-proof clothing.

In simple terms, it was a downsized version of Iron Man without a self-power source.

The system rating of "Constitution +5, Strength +12, Armor Value +50" alone showed how insane this thing was. To put it in perspective, the system's rating for a Level III ballistic vest was merely "Armor Value +25".

Level III protection included adding two 300mm*250mm ceramic composite ballistic plates to the front and back of the vest, with each plate's thickness controlled at 18mm and weight controlled at 2.6 kg. This level required protection against NATO 7.62mm rounds with a velocity of 800 m/s. It also encompassed regular rounds from AK-47 and Type 56 rifles.

Quetzalcoatl's skin weighed a mere 10 kg. It was safe to say that this suit was entirely Tony's high-tech creation. Only Tony could pull off something like this. If it were Batman, even if Ang applied to be Robin, he might still be kicked out by the Dark Knight.

But...

"Why make yourself look so ugly?" Dana asked, puzzled.

A young handsome man with an artistic aura was transformed into a bald, muscular middle-aged man.

The sisters couldn't quite accept it.

"No superhero in Gotham City reveals their true face. I think it's safer to cover more than half your face; that's the perfect look."

There were too many superheroes in Gotham City who were seen as fetishists by regular people.

Ang must have a major reason for doing this; well, let's say, a deep meaning.

"Yours are here too."

So, the two sisters put on the other two suits that Tony provided.

It was the skin of Atomic Heart's robot sisters.

The outside was a 2mm thick silver-coated titanium alloy shell, with a small amount of synthetic muscles on the inside. There was no headgear; instead, it was replaced with a full-faced helmet made from high-strength one-way tempered glass, which served as both protection and a chemical oxygen mask. On the back, there was a small oxygen supply device.

Wearing this, it could even be used as an anti-pressure suit for diving, able to withstand depths of fifty meters underwater.

The attribute bonus of this suit wasn't as strong as Quetzalcoatl's, but the armor value reached 100 points.

Now it was clear, Ang's silence for so long was for something big!

"Ladies, interested in taking a trip to New York City next door?" Ang smiled at the Lance sisters.
