Encountering Chaos Again

The atmosphere around the forest grew chilling, akin to the harshness of a snow storm, making it difficult for the onlookers to draw breath. Melissa, consumed by growing fear, opted to retreat even further back. The Troll King took a deep breath, and, surprisingly, began to speak in a language that all could understand. "Ah, it has been a long time since I've been myself," the Troll King declared, a sinister smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.

"I'd like to personally thank you, creature, for freeing me from the grotesque form I was cursed to inhabit. And now, for your reward," he paused, his eyes glinting menacingly, "You have the honor of meeting your end at the hands of the strongest being in the universe." A menacing laughter filled the tense silence that followed his words. In an instant, the Troll King was already behind Silas, his movements transcending anything Silas could comprehend.

The chilling smile on the Troll King's face was enough to instill terror. He swiped his hand at Silas's back, leaving a massive cut behind. Silas let out a roar of pain and attempted to spin around and retaliate, but the Troll King had already vanished from that spot. Instead, he had materialized above Silas, delivering a devastating roundhouse kick to the top of Silas's head. The impact forced Silas to his knees. The Troll King, standing before Silas with a twisted grin, grabbed Silas by the throat, hoisting him off the ground.

His fingers dug into Silas's throat as he dangled helplessly in the air, gasping for breath. The gurgling sound coming from Silas as he struggled to breathe under the troll's chokehold seemed like a symphony to the Troll King's ears. But for Melissa, it was a terrifying reality that her newfound friend was on the brink of death. Paralyzed and slowly slipping out of consciousness, Silas's fairy form began to shrink and revert back to his normal body.

With a roar of satisfaction, the Troll King declared, "I am the ultimate being, and with this power, I will dominate the universe. Once I devour everything on this planet, I will ascend to unprecedented heights of strength!" Drunk with power, the Troll King held Silas's life in his hands. Suddenly, Silas's body went limp. His consciousness faded, and his body, devoid of life, hung in the Troll King's grip. Melissa let out a heart-wrenching scream, "Silas, no! You can't die like this!" Tears cascaded down her face.

The other trolls, once tormented by Silas, stood back in reverence as their king proclaimed his victory. Even Jack, shocked in his spaceship, was taken aback. "I thought he was the one. I guess I was mistaken," he murmured. The Troll King, triumphant, dropped Silas's lifeless body and released a victorious roar into the sky. His invincible body had been revived, and now he could resume his centuries-old mission. As Melissa crumbled to her knees, her cries resonating throughout the forest, the Troll King turned towards her.

His gaze landed on Melissa's tear-streaked face, and a cruel smile spread across his lips. He began to stalk towards her, licking his lips with anticipation. "Oh, is this a snack for me?" he said, advancing on Melissa. Inside Silas's mind, he seemed to be trapped in an inky, dark room. "Am I dead?" he mused aloud. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a tiny creature flew towards him and slapped him across the face. "Ouch! Why did you hit me?" Silas yelped. It was Chaos, the tiny fairy.

"Because you're not supposed to be dying! You're supposed to be slaying gods! How can you do that if you're already dead?" she advised him.

"But the Troll King is too powerful," Silas protested. "After the fairy form took over, I was just a spectator with no control. If the fairy form can't kill the Troll King, how can I?" Chaos slapped him again, her face serious. "With that attitude, you might as well die," she retorted. Silas felt a sting in his heart.

He didn't want to die; he wanted to achieve his goal. With renewed determination, he roared, "I will not die like this!" "Well, you'd better act fast," Chaos warned, "Because that girl you were with, she's about to be killed." Silas remembered Melissa, still on the battleground. His fist tightened in resolution. "Chaos, can you lend me more power, just this once?" he asked. Chaos fell into a moment of contemplation. "If I lend you my power, it will only last for three minutes.

After that, you'll be immobilized for a while," she warned. Silas didn't care about the consequences. He was adamant. "I don't care about the cost." "Okay, I'll do it. But in return, the fairy form will gain five percent more ownership over your body," Chaos proposed. Silas didn't hesitate, his concern for his own life and Melissa's superseding all else. "I don't care. Just do it." Back on the battlefield, the Troll King finally reached Melissa. As she struggled to get away, he picked her up by her neck and started to strangle her.

Desperate, she kicked and punched the Troll King, but it was of no use. The Troll King's hand found her stomach, and his sharp claws punctured her skin. Blood flowed from her mouth and the wound, and the fear of death began to seize her. Then, in the midst of this terrifying scene, something happened. Silas's body began to pulsate, his heart thumping loudly.

His eyes flew open to witness the horrifying sight of Melissa being stabbed. A surge of rage welled up in him, and his fairy form returned. But this time, Silas was in full control. "I will kill you, Troll King!" he roared, newfound power coursing through his veins. His strength was twenty times stronger, and a countdown clock appeared in his vision: "2:59 minutes left."
