40 When you smack, smack HARD

I had slapped him HARD. Having my body reinforced with touki for more than a full month really had done wonder for me. I had gained so much strength I actually send him flying though the entire ballroom where he crashed in the wall... And said wall collapsed on him.

The reaction around the venue were varied. The kids were mostly shocked (Rias even more), the adults varied between interested, surprised or angry. Serafall was REALLY angry, happily, it was not directed at me. Ajuka was just showing interest, not caring a iota for his stunned and bleeding cousin. The real problem was my father. He was... Furious ? No, it would be an understatement. Let's go with apoplectic with rage.

Zeoticus : "ALEXANDER !!!"

Alexander : "I know what you want to say father, and don't worry every thing is OK, I'll have Celina repair the wall in an instant, you won't even know it was damaged. Celina, If you please ?"

Celina : "Of course young master."

And just like that she caste a restoration spell on the wall and every rubble went back in the wall repairing it like, well, magic.

Alexander : "See father, all is well." I said happily.

Zeoticus : "I don't care about the wall Alexander ! Why did you just attack the Astaroth heir ?" he screamed at me.

Alexander : "Aren't you misunderstanding something father ? I just slapped him. Where is that considered an attack ? I am a failure of a devil after all, how could I hurt the prized heir of the Astaroth family, unless he's as weak as a common human ? But that can't be right ? That would be shameful."

Zeoticus : "I don't care whether it was a light slap or a heavy punch ! You DO NOT have the right to hit an heir. Even less in my home after I invited him ! Especially not after you were tasked to pay a tribute for offending him, as by the law !" He said red with anger.

Alexander : "Lord Gremory..." I said as if looking at him like he was an idiot "Are you telling me you demand of me, an ASGARDIAN CITIZEN, to give the heir of one of the 72 pillar family whatever he asks of me each time he considered I slighted him ? Today he asked an Asgardian retinue to be given to him, something I refuse to do. What about when he asks for Rune magic knowledge, or my house in Asgard ? Are you trying to ruin the work of lady Leviathan to better relationships with the Nordic pantheon ? Are you trying to kindle the ember of war maybe ?" I finished looking at him suspiciously.

That did cut him right here and there. Did he really think I was an idiot and would attack the trash without being in the clear ? AH !

After saying that I could see Ajuka looking annoyed, and the no named Astaroth clan member starting to sweat.

"Knowing this, I am formally asking the satans to investigates and confirms my claims since the incident tonight became clearly too important to ignore. Especially now that Valkyrie Göndul, the representative of Asgard saw how her fellow citizen are treated in the underworld."

At that I could see her looking at me as if saying 'don't include me in your schemes stupid brat'. Serafall also seemed both angry, annoyed and hopeful.

"If my claims are proven right, it could only mean that Diodora is nothing more than an unstable violent devil, even a possible murderer, and should better be put in our jail.

After my little speech I could see Serafall and Sirzechs suppressing their happiness. I guess the old crone really put barriers each time they tried to annul an old law like this one. My father however was just here, not knowing what to do, or what to say.

As for the crowd ? Most were just speechless as what they knew to be a totally shameless statement. Of course they knew most of my reasons were bullshit, and that it was just really about me going against Diodora, but what could they say ? Someone talking against me now would be put down by Serafall just so she could end the tribute law and 'gain goodwill' with Göndul. And the information about the various disappearance were true, so there is also that.
