In the morning, Karl woke up and decided to jog around today. He invigorated himself and left.

There were many people he encountered as he jogged around. From those going at work, students, athletes and more.

The community was just peaceful. But as he remembered what was to happen in no time, he took a deep breath and focused.

Logically, he was no Saint and couldn't save the whole world. He had so much to learn and to improve.

What was coming were some old monsters which he knew little to nothing about. And for that he had some plans in mind.

After 2 hours, he returned. Luxuria never failed to amaze him, she did her chores in time.

"Goodmorning, dear. You should check on your University. Seems like your lovely teacher can't wait for too long." Luxuria teased.

"That's the plan for today. I will be attending anyway. Don't tell me you're jealous, huh." He said with a smirk.

"That's not gonna happen. But seriously why don't you get yourself a girlfriend." She said.

"If you say 'yes' then I will have one for sure." He said looking at this beautiful woman.

She paused slightly but snorted and continued her work. Cute. Seeing this he laughed it off and left.

Now dressed gently. They had breakfast together and left. He walked his way to the University. Various luxurious cars could be spotted on the way.

The University never failed to impress him. It really lived up its name.

Now that he learnt to alter his appearance, he wasn't the center of attention.

He headed for his block directly. He spotted a few inside. He occupied his seat and gazed outside.

It didn't take long for Aina to arrive. Everyone's attention was captivated by her. She walked up to Karl and stood before him. But after sat next to him.

Her beauty was top notch so much so that everyone reacted to her movements.

"I thought you had offended a powerhouse and dropped you off in a slum." Aina said softly.

"Yeah that would have been no surprise but I won't die easily you know." He said confidently.

Her pink eyes looked at him for a sec and continued her business.

"Well why don't you register as a hunter in the Esper Association. There are many benefits their." She said. She was also part of the Association but that's for their privileges they offered which she thought he shouldn't miss.

Karl also saw no harm in it. He would also gain more information he lacked from them. The Association was very old so it was helpful in the long run.

"I will have to trouble you on that. You know am not that social so they might give me some trouble." He said looking at her.

"Okay, I will help but everything depends on yourself I can't do much." Aina said. That's all he wanted to hear.

Professor Catherine entered. Her gaze roamed around the room and stopped at him for a sec and continued.

"Okay class, today we shall have something new. Prepare yourselves. And Karl you will meet me after class." She said.

The class started off. It went on for 1 and half hours. Professor Catherine walked out after. Karl wasted no time and followed suit.

They walked towards the stuff block. She took him to her office.

Now inside, she sat in her chair. Karl looked around. The office had a feminine fragrance in it prove that it belongs to a female.

"Do you know why I called you here?" Catherine asked to which he shook his head. "Well, University competitions are approaching and I want you to represent us. I know its strange but..."

In a blink of an eye, he caught a pen which was about to hit him at an astonishing speed.

Seeing this, Catherine smiled. Her intuition was top notch. She couldn't be wrong.

She appeared before him much to his shock. He didn't even see anything. One had to know that he never let his guard down but even then her speed was beyond his by a large margin.

"I see. I know you awakened not long ago but your progress is just astonishing. Reaching Emperor Rank at your age is not an easy feet."

Karl looked at this woman silently. Her assets were threatening to tear the shirt plus her short black skirt did little to no justice to him. She was just sexy.

She didn't mind that and appeared in her seat.

"Those old geezers kept pestering me to get a good candidate so am sorry in advance but its already too late to say no. The competitions are to be held tomorrow. You have not been around for days. I couldn't contact you in time."

Catherine handed him a bag with everything needed.

"Your task is to represent the University but you can aid others if need be. The competitions will be held at the National Stadium."

Karl listened carefully. It would be a lie if he said he wasn't interested. He wanted some where to relax his mind. Where better than these competitions.

"All things said, am no Saint here." He said calmly to which she smiled and walked up to him.

"Ofcourse it's not for free. The winners of the competition take 100 million dollars and a grand prize. The main thing here is prestige above all so if we win, the University will gain much morethan afew million." She paused. "Do you want to know a secret?" He nodded.

"Am the Principal of this University though few know this. So I decide on everything here. You can get 15%, the rest will be divided to the others accordingly." Catherine didn't really care about the money.

Though he also had much more than what he was receiving, he didn't complain. He was looking forward to the entertainment.

After sometime he left. Catherine looked at his departing figure silently. She was shocked by his progress. It wasn't long since he awakened his powers but he was now stronger than most of his peers.

What surprised her was the bloodlust he ricked. It should belong to a soldier who had bathed on the battlefield. So much blood.

"This is good since some of the competitors are not human. He has a high potential for sure." She muttered.

Karl met up with a pink haired woman. She had been waiting for sometime. They entered a BMW and left.

"Say Aina, will you participate in tomorrow's competitions?" He asked facing her.

"Yeah, I will go for netball. Its a big event, many Universities will attend and this is a great opportunity to test my skills." She said softly.

"Actually I will be the representative of the University so everything will lie in my hands. I will enjoy watching you so make sure to win."

She raised an eyebrow. It surprised her that the University chose him for that part.

"That's great responsibility in these competitions. But you have my support. Let's hope everything goes well."

"I just hope there is no much trouble."

They arrived at a skyscraper. It was all covered by glasses. They walked out and entered. The building wasn't crowded as he expected.

They went straight for the elevator. He looked around and spotted various cameras.
