There were a lot of things Jason wanted to do but almost everything required lots of funds which he had to acquire first.
It was only fortunate that his masters had supported him until now with his body refining resources and a small amount of high-grade mana stones to relieve him of worrying about his expenses while he consolidated his foundation with the three basic lifestyle occupations at the same time.
A major chunk of his expenses was occupied by food required by his soulbonds. These expenses were horrifyingly high until he made his soulbonds understand that it was better for them to eat less and agreed to consume food with a low concentration of mana-dense food.
If they didn't want him to break apart, they had to listen to him which thankfully they did
Despite that, he didn't have many star notes with him!
