Gluttonous System Holder

Thousands of years passed since humanity existed. Achieving societal evolutions through modern technologies made human capabilities advance further to the extent that humans started inhabiting the nearest habitable planet Mars, and even go beyond residing the habitable satellites, while extracting usable minerals and materials from other celestial bodies in the entire solar system they've known for centuries. There existed unbalanced treatment between poor and rich that should have been resolved throughout the decades but greed took over the social structure after the founding new Earth Era executives died and succeeded with unworthy executive candidates. ---- While rich people enjoy living the life beyond fullest, the poor were scattered throughout the forsaken realms of the Earth, and got to live modestly while enduring the scarcity of supplies needed, neither the human organizations nor rich considered these forsaken inhabitants as human. One starry evening on one of the Earth's forsaken realm - Hellish Pit, there a lone forsaken inhabitant got abandoned by his adult companions. He's Neil, just turned 5 years old the day he was left alone in one of the considerably deserted island among the lands known as Forsaken Realms. Aside from Technological advancements, humans did evolved a step further when it comes to capabilities. Rich people were amongst the talented individuals, possessing their innate evolutionary talents, aided by technology they can afford and prestigious schools to attend, they enhanced these talents well, on the other hand, amongst poor, there were also some promising people and hence the scattered forsaken guilds often invest money on procuring aiding technology and books to hand over with these people while those devoid of luck amongst themselves got abandoned in places that forsaken realm inhabitants wouldn't even dare to think about residing. It was due to their quite irrationally rational thinking, - building their forsaken society made of strong people bound to yield greater good than keeping those untalented individuals. Aside from the lack of technology, humans still need to think about their basic necessities after all, such as food and water, though forsaken people adapted well enough in their environment, this isn't something that can be taken lightly when it comes to food and water supply. The strong must survive - says the founding and current leaders in the forsaken realm. Neil, a innocent, loving, intellectual child that just got 5 years old was abandoned after his father who was the head of Resistor Forsaken Realm Organization - one of the big organizations existed in the forsaken region, got assassinated, while his mother died after giving him birth. With his mom long gone, and his father's sudden death, there was no one to take care of him nor the high-ranking executives of organization wants too. Discarding the successor of the organization is the best way to relieve their greed after all, all these high executives have to do was fake the child's death, and the lower ranking people can't do anything about the situation than to be bound by the greedy new highest executives of the most respected and fair organization amongst the running company in the land of desolated people. Neil the unsuspecting child who lacks the protection from dangers of the world in a such a young age got himself shut from things he deserves. Now being left alone, scared, and hungry, his adventure begins.

Scheme II

After Jeric reported, he was immediately ordered to head back into the western stronghold and aid their military force fighting against the Viper Military. The elite-rank fighter group consists of 5 individuals who were tasked to take care of Neil's safe departure from that point on greeted his arrival inside the main office of the eastern base.

Amongst the assigned unit to ensure Neil's safe journey was a member of the Military Minister's personal security team. While the remaining 4 members ranked at least as a platoon leader.

None of them were Jeric's acquaintance, and so he asked these fellows their name which the acting group leader answered his serious question straightforwardly.

"I am a member of the Chief's security unit, an Advance Lord-rank cultivator,"  the man who's face covered by dark mask, only revealing his eyes introduced himself while fixing his heavy armor.

The man paused for a moment and continued, "You can address me as Theran, and bestowed by the Military Minister with the title, 6th fist,"

"Those fellows were already "Novice Lord-Rank," one's mage, a fighter, support, and assasin. Jelian, Cain, Lily, and Fin. Same as me, they're granted their name titles, so our faces mustn't be known by others, and were given these dark masks to conceal our identities, even able to change our voices. You needed not to worry about such a thing, we are just following what the Military Minister ordered us", Theran continued his introduction with such a monotone orchestra of deep, indiscriminate, young adult male, and female voice.

Jeric was left speechless. Though he felt the intimidating pressure, he's not affected even in the slightest by the aura radiating from Theran's strong presence, and nor did he experienced being overpowered since Jeric was also an Advance Lord rank being. Both these powerhouses rose on ranks and were likely on equal footing.

While the silent battle between the two happened as they actively emit their aura like nothing, the sorrounding lower ranking people nearby felt sudden chills around their body, even the Novice Lord-rank Ram Forsaken fighters nearby trembles as they were closely exposed with the clash of two Advance Lord-rank individuals.

---

The silent battle between Jeric and Theran ended which ease the escalating tension around. Both of them stopped such non-sense after knowing that there are individuals vulnerable enough to contract mild illness, even head-cracking headache, and even worst accompanied by draining nauseous and vomiting by just getting exposed with their presence's energy.

Of course, Neil was not affected by their aura since the kid's already safe and sound boarding the official transport vehicle, a bullet car, which is a revolutionary transport car powered by valuable ores that each last for a 100km ride, and runs in an insane speed.

---

Little Neil who's already boarding the bullet car wasn't that ignorant of things despite his young age.

He just knew about the commotion without even someone telling him about the matter, and it was due to his already enhanced basic senses.

He knew or sensed rather that there's a fight, about the fight getting his uncle involved, and that something wrong might be going around.

It signaled Neil to be more vigilant around and such sense of awareness was also immensely intensified by knowing the fact that he will be resuming his trip with strangers around him.

Back inside the RAM eastern stronghold's HQ

---

Jeric acted as if nothing happened and like no one even conversed with him at the first place. Walked away from his spot heading the base's exit. Theran did not mind Jeric's rude behavior either and went on his own business heading into the transport vehicle while being followed by his companions.

Such events petrified those around them, and were terrified enough to not even release the sound of air coming from their breaths.

Everything went back to normal around the RAM eastern stronghold after Jeric being nowhere to be seen, and Theran's departure with his team.
