Keyboard in a Fantasy world

Hael sat down the chair and waited for his opponent.

The first one to go challenge him is Kuno. He sat down and immediately started the game with Hael.

Hael didn't even bother to look at the board and just played it using his ears.

Kuno was inevitably defeated by Hael. Kuno was disheartened due to the one sided game but he just thought of it as a first step.

Jinx came in second, she tried to use her speed to her advantage by moving quickly, but it just made her moves useless because she didn't put that much thought into it.

Homutsubi went next with Mizuchi going after him. They were both considerably smart, but Hael didn't even blinked an eye when playing against them.

"Come on..... Did we even have to to do this much? you could've just given me the crystal."

Hael teased them with a bored expression.

After Hael ranted about him being a Chad or whatever, Lily approached the table and sat on the chair against him.

The moment she sat down and readied up for the match her aura and expression seemed to deepen and become somewhat massive.

Hael gulped down and grinned. ' This is about to be entertaining.... '

Hael suddenly tried to remember all the techniques he could recall to fight against such a talent.

He closes his eyes and thought of all the possible outcomes on each techniques.

As he is trying more and more techniques, his face keeps becoming sour.

He decided to let it be and play with intellect and instinct.

Lily started the first move and it seemed she was playing whatever since it was the first move.

Hael then relaxed and smiled. " Prepare that crystal Homutsubi~chan "

'It seems Lily can do anything on the second or third try / turn. That would be enough. '

The match went on and Lily had become a different person. Her moves were very useful now, but she still messed up Emin the earlier rounds.

Lily's face turned sour and "bang". A thud came from the chess board as she got checkmate by Hael.

"It seems that's it? " Hael stood up from his seat leaving the dejected and dumbfounded Lily. It seems she has not been beaten before, which gave her a huge amount of ego or pride.

Hael approached Homutsubi. He reached out his hands.

Homutsubi gave the black transparent crystal with disappointment.

" Sigh, I guess you were not really interested in skill crystal huh. I mean you get 1 crystal for each medal but since you insist, I'll just give the looks medal to Mizuchi."

Hael was dumbfounded by what just Homutsubi said. ' You get crystals for that crap? '

" I'll take the medals! "

'Who cares about pride for this crap. The first month after the business hasn't ended yet so I can't really get enough money for that. '

Homutsubi grinned and gave Hael two medals and crystals.

After the match, Hael's name spread across the school, both in good and bad conditions.

Hael arrived home and went to sleep. He was suddenly awakened though due to a bell sound suddenly ringing in his head in his sleep. He opened his eyes and stared at his clones still collecting Mana.

The more clones he get the faster he ascends. It will probably only take him 2 more months to reach S rank. Due to his excitement, he didn't go back to sleep and went to the courtyard with the crystal he earned.

Medium Crystal typically take an entire day to consume, with 3 of them it will take him 3 days, well not really.

He summoned his clones and ordered them to consume it.

Hael left them there and walked around the perimeter to waste time.

He got bored walking and eventually dismissed his clones and walked to Lian's store. It's open 24/7 so it was all good.

When Hael was close to the shop, he was surprised because he still see people buying them, people of different continent as well.

Hael walked to the counter and walked around. When he entered the workshop, he was surprised by someone. Liam was still there ordering while making some chess sets as well.

Hael called out for Liam.

" OH, Hael nice to see you " Liam stopped his work and greeted him back.

" Why are you here early in the morning, Sir?? "

" I get anxious when I'm not doing anything. I seriously don't know why "

Hael laughed at the workaholic.

Some of the staff were already use to their unusual relationship, but the new employees were dumbfounded.

This is currently the most famous entertainment store for a huge margin. The huge merchants are not really bothered by it, because anyone rarely sells entertainment products, due to it not being fun. As the entertainment of this world comes from music and stuff.

The new employees were bragging to everyone because of this job and yet a kid is talking to the boss like its nothing.

" I have a new idea we can chat in your office "

The new employees staggered and messed up, so they were scolded by their superiors.

Hael and Liam arrived at the office and Hael was shocked by what he saw. This is the first time he arrived at the office and he saw two chairs facing each other, one with Liam's name and the other with Hael's.

Hael smiled and sat down.

"How about a keyboard?"
