Ch 27-Meeting the dragon

*Knock* 

"Wake up it's your turn to make breakfast" Jingliu knocked on my door with eagerness.

"Ugh it's morning already," I said in annoyance as I woke up from the sunlight hitting my eyes. getting up I took a bath in the restroom that I had in my room, when I first came here I was surprised that they even had them this far back but once again I realized that I shouldn't underestimate the Adepti that have made flying boats.

Getting out of my room I could already see Jingliu aleadt waiting at the table.

"Hey Meliodas hurry up and cook we have something important to do today," she said with eagerness yet still maintaining her elegance.

  "Yuhu sure" i said aboviously not believing her words that described the 'important' thing we have to do, she looks more exited for the food than the thing we will do today

As i started to prepare food I asked from the kitchen "So what's this important thing we will do today?"

hearing my question, she answered "Well you are already studying Adeptal arts and history with me, Martial Arts with Wukong. However, you still haven't trained with that Light Dragon Spirit power of yours,  and what better way to train it than with another dragon?

Oh, another dragon? is she talking about Dan Hang?

"You should know him from your history lessons, Dang Hang otherwise known by others as the Ocean Dragon and an old friend of mine," she said with a smile.

"so were going to go to him now," I asked 

"Not now of course breakfast is an important meal of the day nobody can function without eating," she said 

I only rolled my eyes at her excuses and made breakfast. After we went outside and rode a skyboat toward a medium-sized floating island in the southern part of the city. 

Finally arriving on the island we both got off the boat.

"*Whistle* wow this place looks amazing" What was in front of me could only be called a fantasy forest. everything looked magical from the trees and animals, and even the grass was giving off some type of mystical glow.

"Amazing right, I never get tired of the beauty of this place. Dan Hang is the second strongest being here in the Luofu, the amount of excess Adeptal energy that he gives off is enough to nurture the environment of this island," she said 

Dam just the aura that he leaks can nurture the island like this! And he's the second strongest. Wonder how strong Wukong really is?

"Follow me, there's a barrier that makes people get lo in the forest" Jinliu said

i only nodded in response and followed

After we walked in the forest for a while a fog started to cover our view

"Be careful and stay close, even though I have gotten lost in here before. if it weren't for Dan Hang getting me out, I would have been stuck here for a week before I either blasted the place or figured a way to get out."

"Understood" I responded back

After walking for what felt like about twenty minutes we finally arrived at some sort of garden, beautiful rows of flowers stretched out throughout the horizon, along with many types of magical trees. following a new stone tile path we finally arrived in front of a fancy white Gazebo that was beautifully adorned in white and had carved dragons coiling around each other as per the gazebo's design.

"Hm? Oh it seems our guest have arrived" said a stern mysterious voice.

"He really does give of the aura of a dragon though he is not one at the same time" said a soft mysterious second voice.

Looking inside the Gazebo there were two men, the first  man had fair skin, long black hair with red tips, and red eyes. He wears an oriental-styled black tailcoat with red clothed insides and gray trousers. 

The second man is a tall, slender young man with black hair, fair skin, and turquoise eyes with red eyeliner. he has sharp ears but also blue horns like those of a Chinese dragon. His attire is a white sleeveless shirt with a cutout on the chest, as well as long, white sleeves with golden and teal-colored accents. He wears black fingerless gloves and a teal sash with a blue seal surrounded by golden leaves. His pants are black and his long knee-high boots have white and golden accents.

oh, it's them, Dan Hang and YingXin(Blade)!

"It's been a while hasn't it Dan Hang," said Jingliu.

"Indeed it has, but let's us catch up on a later date. For now..." Saying those last words he directed his gaze toward me as growing curiosity visibly showed in his eyes. getting closer to me, he started to circle me with his hand on his chin as if thinking deeply.

"Fascinating!" he said with excitement "Your Soul is that of a dragon yet your body is human, the fact that your body shouldn't be able to host it is a miracle and a mystery"

he got closer and poked my arm as his eyes lit up "Forget that statement I know why. It seems like your soul has some sort of seal on it preventing you from bringing out its full power and your body is somewhat able to continuously evolve along with it amazing!" he said with excitement 

wow it's impressive that he can tell from a glance and a poke

And um... he seems a little bit too excited about meeting me.

"Don't mind him Meliodas For him to see another dragon like him is very very rare" Jingliu told me

oh! So it's like an orphan finding out he has some sort of distant cousin, although they are not related by blood much, family is family especially if you don't have much of it to begin with.

In the end, I could only smile wrily as he kept on inspecting me.

Seeing my wry smile Dan Hang backed off from me with an awkward cough. "*Cough* my apologies, it's just been a while since I've seen some of my kind," he said as he went back to his graceful self.

'Hmm lets test something' i thought internally.

"It's fine 'Brother' Dan Hang, I'm also quite excited to meet you as well," I said with a smile.

"..." Dan Hang.exe hang stopped working

"Brother?" he muttered 

"Brother!" he exclaimed.

"Yes from now on you are my little Brother!" he exclaimed happily

"...Wow, first Wukng and now him, at this point you might get every single one of the Cloud Knights' top six wrapped under your fingers" Joked Jingliu with a smile on her face, she probably found it amusing at how excited Dan Hang was.

"heh like your one to talk, he practically has you in complete control with his cooking alone, well at least that's what Wukong told me" YingXing(Blade) Scoffed at her making a joke of his one.

*Pft* I laughed trying to hold back

*Pfft* Dan Hang also laughed but unlike me, he didn't restrain it.

"Bastard!" Yelled Jingliu as she started to throw icicles at him but YingXing merely parried them with his sword quickly

"Now that I think about it they look like good friends" Although they might seem like they are fighting, they are merely joking around, and from the view I had from here of the three of them. I have to say that it's quite heartwarming to see this scene.

After a few laughs here and there Jingliu stopped sending ice Toward YingXing after Dan Hang bagged them to stop saying that they would destroy his garden.

"Anyways I want to test out your abilities now so follow me," he said as we followed him to a clearing.

Both of us went to the side opposite of each other while Jingliu and YingXing watched from the sidelines.

"Are you ready!?" He asked me as he created a ball of water on his palm.

"Yup, I'm ready bro!" I said back as I activated my [Semi-Prime: Bahamut] and my wings appeared behind my back.
