A dream...

*SLAP*

"MISAKI, YOU BETTER BEHAVE BEFORE I HIT YOU AGAIN!!" Misaki's dad yelled.

With tears in her eyes she yelled "B-But, I'm only saying, you should provide money to your family if you have it! What's the use of having a big salary if you're not even gonna buy enough food for your family!! Actually forget the food, what's the use of having a family if you're not even gonna look after us-!!"

*THUD* Misaki's dad hit Misaki with an umbrella he found nearby.

"I've had "enough" with this family... why can't you all just..." Rin muttered.

"I'VE HAD ENOUGH!! I'm leaving!" She screamed.

"GO THEN!! SEE IF YOU CAN SURVIVE OUT THERE!" Misaki's dad yelled.

Misaki took her small bagpack and her hoodie that she prepared beforehand and leave.

"YOU BETTER NOT COME BACK!!" Misaki's dad yelled before throwing a vase at Misaki.

"Don't worry, I won't..." Misaki mumbled to herself.

"This is the room." Says a middle-aged landlady.

Misaki took a look around the room.

'No living area, a small bathroom, a small kitchen area and basically not furnished. Well, for 50 000 yen I guess this is okay.. I wish I knew the renting standard...' Misaki thought.

"It looks okay." Misaki said.

'Everything looks clean at least..' Misaki thought.

"Alright then, come with me to discuss about the rent." says the landlady.

After a tiring procedure, in Misaki's newly rented room.

*sigh...*

'I'm glad I had enough to cover the rent for this month and the hidden fees... I also managed to convinced the landlady that I'll find a job before the end of the month... It's a good thing I did research on renting and search for a decent place before getting myself kick out..' Misaki thought.

She planned everything beforehand. From the "arguing with her dad" to the "a safe place to stay for a while". She even make sure to make a copy of documents that's related to her before she left. Misaki may be hasty but she's not an idiot. She, who is skinny and weak cannot possibly survive being homeless. So, the first thing needed is a safe place to sleep. Second, a job.

'Well... At least I'm finally out...' Misaki thought but her eyes suddenly filled with tears.

*sob*

'Hng... Enough Misaki.. Stop crying...' Misaki thought.

*Hic*

'Stop... That's enough, you'll be fine from now on... Why are you crying, Misaki...?' She cried herself to sleep on the cold floor.

The next morning,

*Yawn..*

Misaki woke up, took a quick shower and change to the spare clothes that she puts in her small backpack before leaving her family.

She took a deep breath and leave her house to find a job.

First target, a flower shop.

"Excuse me." Misaki said as she enters the shop.

"Yes? How can I help you?" The female florist asked.

"I heard your hiring." Misaki said.

"Yes that's right. If you're interested, just leave your phone number in the book and come for interview this Saturday." The florist said.

Misaki left her number on the book and leaves the shop.

Second, the convenience store.

"Excuse me." Misaki said to the cashier.

"Yes? Is there any problem?" The male cashier asked.

Misaki points towards a "We're Hiring!" paper on the door and asked "Are you guys still hiring?"

"Oh... uh.. no we're not hiring anymore." The cashier said.

"I forgotten to take that down." The cashier continued.

"Nevermind then. Thanks." Misaki said before leaving.

Third, a small restaurant.

Fourth, a ramen shop.

Fifth, a cafe.

Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and so on.

Less than a week later.

She manage to get a full time job as a cashier at a grocery store and two part time as a copywriter for a company and a waiter at a internet cafe.

By cutting her meals to, one meal per day, she somehow able to get the money needed for her rent and living expenses for now.

Since her family use to be poor, cutting her meals isn't too hard for her despite her health and she make sure to eat more if she has extra money.

(A/N: It's not healthy to eat only one meal per day but it's actually doable. Please DO NOT try it!! I don't want to responsible for any stomach pain!!)

More than a month later,

"Haaaah..." Misaki sighed as she just got home. She head straight to the futon to rest but accidentally fell asleep due to tiredness.

"Hmm..." Misaki sluggishly opens her eyes to check the time on her phone.

'... It's 2:43 am... I'll go take a quick shower then continue my sleep.' Misaki thought.

Inside the bathroom,

'Work is soo tiring... still... I didn't things to go this well... I got a safe place to sleep and a job without much hardwork...' Misaki thought.

"Maybe my luck is better than I thought..." She mumbled to herself.

Once she's done, she put on a pajama and went straight to sleep.

*Yawn* Misaki yawned as she woke up.

"Hm..." Misaki stared at the wall with a blank face.

"What's wrong, Misaki?" The system asked.

"... I feel like I had a dream but... except for sleeping at the end of the dream, I can't seem remember what happened in it." Misaki answered.

"Isn't that normal?" The system asked.

"Hm... well, I don't think it's anything important so I guess it's okay to forget about it..." Misaki said as she gets out of bed to get ready for school.

Personality: She tends to be quiet and doesn't talk much to those she isn't close with but instead she would bring those that she is close with on a rollercoaster that they might regret or glad to ride in. She also have tons of bad habits that she's reluctant to throw away.
