After Herman was discharged from the hospital, Herman immediately requested to be granted accomodations, with space to train, and a skilled human trainer and other basic necessities, Available for his urgent needs as like an endless pit, no consumable was safe from his increased appetite and changing body.

for the first few days after living the hospital Herman could barely utilize half of his strength and speed due to the increased fatigue and easy to obtain, but difficult to discard exhaustion. so he was slapped around alot during the first days of training, But with each passing day he noticed that there were improvements and some increase in stats.

as it seemed his body was adapting to his current situation, so In the meantime although Herman had the liberty to go on a hunting trips he decided against it, and kept bidding his time as he kept on improving his skills and familiarizing himself with the use of Qi.

As he found some new application for the use of Qi in improving his bodies strength, defence, perception and damage he could inflict on others with it.

Herman's human combat trainer that he selected after being provided a series of choices, Curt regnim is a part human barbarian and quarter lycan, at first Herman choose him in hopes to study the barbarian traits of his and see any if there are any observable benefits.

But with each passing Herman noticed that apart being told by him that he was a human barbarian and lycan hybrid, there wasn't much that made him seem abnormal apart from the streaks of red and black hair and well packed muscles that could not be hidden by his clothes and his height as he stood tall (6.9)feet tall.

But whenever Herman asked he just said that it was normal for barbarians to be tall as Herman also took into observation that he had a sturdy body that did not hinder him in speed as he was very fast in moving around and he tanked almost all hits thrown at him with his body without flinching.

When Herman asked him why he wasn't trying to douge his hit thinking he did not see his attacks being worth the stress, he replied that it's generally known knowledge that the human body grows stronger after damage, but in barbarians it more active.

Feeling like it was worth it having selected Curt has his trainer due to the knowledge and experience he was gaining from him, Herman threw away all distractions and focused solely on improving himself as he might possess some of those traits later in the future.

Being lost in improving himself Herman failed to notice overtime that there were some physical changes on his body, until Curt asked him if he was so amazed by barbarians that he dyed some of his hair red as it was barely noticable.

Herman believing it was a better excuse that revealing his abnormalities to him agreed with him, Curt feeling proud that he had made another lookup to barbarians stopped taking it easy on Herman in their training saying he was going to wip him into a regular human comparable to a barbarian.

with less than a week left for Herman traits release to be complete Herman observed that he could keep up with Curt in all out battle, Herman could battle without relying heavyly on Qi to strengthen himself that was until Curt started fighting dirt.

Seeing as I've trained you well enough that you can now fight with me fairly despite being a regular human in almost a month, I say we have an all out battle without restraining ourself and you are free to use your combat skills cause I won't be holding back either, if you win I'll plead with the barbarian chief to grant you a barbarian name.

Hearing Curt words Herman felt the it was a waste of time, but since it was more training he didn't really care that was until he received a prompt from the system.
