READ THIS TO SKIP THE INTRO (Baby Arc Spoilers)
Hi, its the author, T0XIN. (This chapter is only for those who find the baby part boring and useless!) I still recommend to read it, as this compressed version will only cause gaps to appear in your knowledge.
This guide chapter will contain spoilers for volume one, which is comprised of the introductory chapters to my story. These chapters are about Gaara growing up and learning about the system amongst other things. It ends when he enters the academy, marking the start of volume two.

1. Here are the descriptions (SPOILERS AHEAD):
Chapter one: Rebirth
In this chapter, the main character is reborn as a fetus but is unaware of it. He then undergoes sadistic torture due to Shukaku being sealed inside of him.
An unknown amount of time later (less than nine months) He is born and finds out that he has indeed been reincarnated as Gaara. As he was rejoicing, the system made its first appearance and introduced its functions. I shall explain more on the system at the end of this guide if you want to see it.
Chapter two: Rasa
Here, Gaara familiarizes himself with the system. Nothing much happens until Yashamaru comes over and starts talking about his sister (Gaara's mother). Rasa and Chiyo then enter the room and talk about the current predicament of the sand.
Gaara thus finds out that Suna is facing an economic crisis. He decides to not brood over it and starts training to find his chakra.
Chapter three: Yashamaru
First major time-skip. A year later, and Gaara is finding it troublesome to deal with his lack of sleep. Although he can sleep lightly... If he enters deep slumber, Shukaku's will erodes his mind thus making him wake up.
After a year of training, Gaara has finally managed to use chakra. By meditating every day, he became able to mold chakra and circulate it around his pathway system. Although he is restricted by his baby body and is thus unable to do so for extended periods of time, hindering his process.
Outside of the village, news of the recent Kurama disaster is spreading across the shinobi world like wildfire. Rasa hears about it and decides to try . his luck once again with the Daimyo of the land of wind. In order to secure a bigger quantity of missions now that Konoha is weakened.
Much to his surprise, the Daimyo rejects his plea and keeps things as they are. Rasa then decides to double the amount of gold dust being sold to other nations.
Chapter 4: Third Eye
Two more years pass by, and Gaara is now three. His chakra reserves grow steadily thanks to daily meditation and Shukaku's energy. Even if he is unable to train his body, he's still slowly getting stronger.
One day, he overhears a conversation between Rasa and Yashamaru. He learns that there is a library belonging to the Kazekage in his house. Although he is barred from entering.
Gaara then thinks of the third eye technique and starts training it in order to infiltrate the library, to all of the knowledge inside.
Outside of Gaara's little world, Yashamaru is worried that Rasa will kill his son if he turns out to be a failed experiment. With rumors of Kumogakure and Konoha planning to engage in a peace treaty, he is constantly on edge.
Chapter five: Heart of Sand
Another two years pass, and Gaara is five.
In terms of controlling sand, he made huge progress. By feeding his chakra to the same sand every day, it formed a deeper connection with him. It thus became lighter and easier to use. He decided to call it Heart Sand (Kokoro Suna).
Gaara also managed to master the third eye, granting him access to the library. He thus assimilated all of the books in two years, this gave him more knowledge on everything from history to chakra control, hand seals and affinities. Thanks to the System's memory function, all of the data was easily stored and is currently accessible at any time.
One thing that Gaara has been struggling with, is urges for murder. Due to his seal not being all that great, Shukaku corrodes his mind from time to time with small, harmless thoughts. It only gets really hard to restrain when there's a full moon. Gaara almost attacked Yashamaru in the middle of the night because of the urges.
He managed to suppress them through sheer willpower alone. Also, the academy starts in the next few days.

As for what Good, great and other things mean, here is Gaara's explanation:
[Basically, the way it works is that every stat is given a value from (Poor) to (Superb), depending on how it compares to the average for my age. For example, the average strength stat of a five-year-old would be five.
As soon as the stat reaches thirty, it changes though. The system then uses the ninja-ranking system to classify it. An example of this would be my chakra reserves... With a value of thirty-two, they're classified as being Genin-level.
(A/N: If you don't understand, here's a more in-depth explanation: The 'perfect average' for a Genin-level ninja would be thirty across all stats. But of course, nothing is so simple, and some Genin's might not even have a single stat at thirty or have them all higher than thirty. It's just that on average, thirty is the universal Genin value.)]
3. Now, the system introduction for those who need it:

This is only an introduction, and the voice that you are currently hearing will disappear after the end of the speech, so please listen attentively.
Congratulations! You have successfully been reincarnated in the Naruto world! What you do from now on is completely up to you, but the system will be here to aid you to become a stronger individual.
USS comes with three main features. These are:
Status// This will show the stats and level of the user in the form of a small holographic interface. It also shows information on the user and the different abilities they possess. To level up, the user must gain EXP mainly through doing quests. When leveling up, this won't affect the user's overall strength directly, giving out points instead. The amount of points given per level is ten.
Shop// This feature will only be available when the user levels up, and he or she can only buy one item at a time. The shop offers an unlimited amount of Ninjutsu, which can be bought with the aforementioned points. Points can be earned by leveling up or completing quests, any is fine.
The user can choose not to buy anything once they level up, but they won't be able to buy two or more items the next time they do, the points will just stack. The number of things available in the store will increase with the level of the user.
Furthermore, once a technique is bought, only the information on how to learn and train it will be handed to the user, instead of learning said technique immediately.
Memory// Here, the system stores information in the form of data always accessible to the user. The amount of information that the system can hold is infinite. This feature works similarly to a library for the user.

I will say this, Gaara's seal is not very strong, and he is prone to shukaku's influence, especially on a full moon. To counter this a little, he's been meditating everyday.
