Frost's Greed (Marvel)

Everyone follows Xavier, the idealist. Everyone worships Magneto, the extremist. None dare to disrespect Apocalypse, the militarist. But what about the final of the big 4. The one who has lost their students at every turn. The one that walks down the darkest path and is unwilling to put their faith in none outside of their circle of trust. The one that cares not about how humans view mutants nor about the infighting of others. Whose only true care is for the students. This is not a story about her but about a student of hers that believes in her ideas and teachings. Not about peaceful coexistence or mutant supremacy or survival of the fittest. To strive for a brighter tomorrow, even if they have to make it through the blackest night. This is the story of one boy following learning how to be a mutant in a world that hates him under the teachings of the White Queen. He will go from an inexperienced kid to one of the most important mutants in the world ------------ I'm guaranteeing this story for a year, averaging a chapter per day (major holidays may get no chapter or more chapters.) This means that this will be my longest and most secure story, and hopefully the best, on the site. *Warnings! Warnings! Warnings!* - This takes place in an AU of Marvel. So while most things will remain similar to what most people are familiar with, there will be some changes (Some characters being mutants or mutates, etc) - He will start off weak power-wise. He will become very powerful eventually but not for now. He must earn the crowd's favor. - This will be a harem.

Issue #11

(Gonna release around this time from now on)

Outside of Svartalfheim, the capital of Svartalfheim, was the army of the Cabal. This was their main target and where their strongest enemy was holed.

Since the beginning of time, the Dark Elves were taken the least seriously out of all the races out of all the realms. This was not only because they lacked an outstanding or powerful member like all of the other realms, but also due to the fact that they were a nonunified people.

The closest thing they had to a ruler was the leader of the clan who had taken the city of Svartalfheim. They would be called the official king or queen of Svartalfheim and gain the support of several powerful clans.

By taking over the capital, The Cabal would be able to kill the leader of the realm and lay Morgan's claim as the new ruler.

While standing outside on a hill near the city with their army beneath them, Jack and the others looked at the well-protected city with indifference.

"Jack. If you would be a dear," Morgan said motioning toward the city walls.

"No problem," Jack said before focusing his telepathic powers on the guards on the walls. Reaching into each of their minds, Jack made sure that they did not inform the others inside of the city of the armies outside while also opening up all the gates.

With the walls under their control, the battle was already won. Morgan sent her part of the forces through the gates of the wall while Doom's bots flew over the walls and rained down hell from above.

In less than an hour, their forces had already taken over most of the city while surrounding the castle. Most of the clan members had already accepted their fate and surrendered. The only holdouts were the current king of the Dark Elves and his most loyal retainers.

"Malekith! Surrender now and we will spare your wretched life. Or don't and make this more fun for me," Loki taunted while fire magic arrow after magic arrow at the castle walls

"Enough with the arrows, Loki. The more intact the structure is, the easier it will be for Avalon to replace it," Morgan explained for the 3rd time

"Fine. You are taking the fun out of this invasion though," Loki said before lowering her magical staff

A blue male with pointed ears and hair whiter than Jack's walked out of the front gates with his followers in tow. This was Malekith, the most powerful and ruthless Dark Elf that had ever existed. And he was surrendering to the Cabal.

"Loki! You bring those from Midgard to invade my realm?!?!" Malekith spat

"Not at all. I am simply accompanying her as she invades your realm," Loki replied with a Chesire smile

Morgan stepped forward. Now that the others had helped her defeat the main army, she had to deal the final blow herself if she wanted to lessen the number of rebellions she would have to deal with in the future.

"Surrender and there shall be a place for you in Camelot. If not, then the only thing that shall remain is your head hanging above the front gate as a warning to any Dark Elf that dares to defy me," Morgan gave Malekith an ultimatum

The king of the Dark Elves was conflicted. He knew that he could not win but he was not willing to simply surrender to Morgan.

"I can not just surrender. I have seen what your allies and army are capable of. I have also seen what you are capable of. But what about your subordinates? Are they able to defeat my strongest warrior?

I suggest a duel. If your best subordinate can beat mine, then I shall yield. If not, then I wish for your forces to leave my realm for 3 years," Malekith tried to gamble

Seeing him grasping for straws, Morgan smiled and decided to throw him a bone.

"Fine. Choose your strongest fighter so that they can die before your eyes," Morgan replied before motioning with her hands for her strongest fighter to come forward.

Out from the crowd walked a knight clad in pitch-black armor and a rustic helmet with a thinly carved slit displaying the ghastly glow of his red eyes. The man gave off a feeling of savagery and rage as he stood in front of the crowd.

In his hands was the black staff Jack had possessed ever since he was in Limbo. Its official name was the Ebony Staff.

Just before they had invaded Svartalfheim, Jack summoned it to use in combat. Morgan recognized the material since she had helped Merlin forge the original material into 4 divine weapons. After having Arthur choose one of the 4 weapons, the other 3 were melted down and turned into this staff in case it ever needed to be used again.

But when Morgan rebelled against Camelot, the staff was lost. How it ended up in Limbo, that was anyone's guess.

But after finding out about the true origin of the staff, Jack returned it without much thought. It had been a long time since he used it and it would soon run out of use for him completely. To Jack, it was better to make his ally happy and get a favor he could call in later than keep a weapon that was useless to him.

On Malekith's side, the warrior that stepped forward was a tall and muscular Dark Elf with purple skin. In his hands was a dark blade that gave off an evil feeling.

This was the Bitterblade. It was a powerful weapon fueled by dark magic that could control the Black Bifrost. This is what Malekith had used before to travel across the Nine Realms unhindered and was his second most prized possession.

"This is Bitterhand, my most trusted lieutenant. If your servant can defeat him, then it will be my complete loss," Malekith admitted openly

Morgan smiled when she heard that.

"Good. This is Lancelot, Knight of the Lake, The Berserker. Lancelot, kill," Morgan ordered

"A----urrrrrr!!!" The Black Knight let out a roar before charging forward to kill his opponent
