Perseus POV

Hopefully, those that ran away got help, cuz those help can end this test fast, but it's quite a distance, I can't use everything I got, Shawn isn't experienced in using magic, and those other students are arguably even worse since unlike Shawn who has seen me do this before, those guys are doing this based on what they see on TV.

These guys are just gonna tire themselves out.

3rd Person POV

As the tests were going on in different locations, there was a team of the top wizards of witches overwatching the whole event, it is being carried out at different parts of the airport and the seaport. Every student who just arrived is being tested and scored. But apart from just the recruiters and teachers watching, in a certain room were the head representatives of the 4 academies.

"Tch, Arthur has gotten himself a diamond in the rough." the bald old man in the room clicked his tongue in annoyance

James B. Arthur, the principal of Phoenix Academy, he's an old man about 175cm tall and looks to be in his early 60s, he has a slightly tan skin color, short white hair, and a thick handlebar mustache, and his eyes have the color of emerald green. James then used his tablet to check the facial recognition feature to check the person the bald man referred to.

"Ah...his brother went to your academy, Clyde." James said and pulled up the information deck of Perseus Silver and gave his tablet to the bald man.

Clyde C. Von is the principal of Tiger Academy, he's about 181cm tall, has pale skin, he looks to be in his late 50s, and he's bald with dark red eyes. Tiger Academy has always dominated as the top academy until recently when they fell to the second spot even though they are projected to regain their previous rankings.

"Hmm, they look nothing alike." Clyde commented

"Check their background." James replied "Those 2 were adopted into the family."

"Ezra's brothers...they should have come to my academy if that was the case, they would've gotten in easier. Now I more than wish they did, the white-haired one is good."

"Ezra...huh, he was a good wizard, it seems that those 2 are following in his footsteps." James said as he observed the live feed "Shawn managed to cast a spell with his second paper while Perseus can cast 3 of them at once...it would require a lot of practice in secret, I'm surprised that he hasn't been caught till now."

"Well, it's too late now." An old woman chimed in "It's not like we can just process a transfer right now."

This old woman wore a black robe with the crest of a dragon, Olivia Hickory, the principal of Dragon Academy, she's about 170cm tall, she looks to be in her late 50s, she has long dark brown hair with golden amber-colored eyes. Her academy has recently fallen to the 4th rank but is projected to compete for the 2nd rank this year with a guaranteed at least 3rd spot no matter what happens.

"You're not complaining because you have the top prospect this year." Clyde mumbled under his breath

"Don't sulk." Olivia chuckled "You also gotten yourself several good ones, a few arguably just as good since they are from good families. But back to that white-haired boy, what's special abo-"

She then sees how Perseus is operating under pressure and was impressed as well, though he didn't have fancy gears and equipment like some of their top prospects, he and Shawn seem to work well enough to have decent grades on their test.

"Are you going to put him in the A class?" Olivia asked

"He'd better." Clyde said "Cuz if you don't, I'll offer him a spot in mine during the transfer window."

"It's not his talent I'm questioning right now, he can even use 6 talismans without a sweat." James sighs as he was watching Perseus casting different spells with the talismans on screen "But you see, he's apparently dependent on his brother, he was homeschooled till now, and he's one of our students with a special requirement and that request was to be placed in the same class with his brother."

"Well, that blond one doesn't seem that bad." Clyde commented "He may not be doing it 100% of the time, but it's at a good enough rate that he'll be one of the best in the B class. And I doubt a few of those in the A class can summon spells already, based on what we're watching, other than those 2, the only ones who are doing well are the rich ones who have strong weapons with them."

"The problem is that amongst the 11 students of the A class, other than Perseus, whose talent is undeniable, the rest are like any other year, it's being dominated by those from famous families." James explained "Their bloodlines are more useful in the long run, if those 2 were to be blood-related to Ezra, it would be easy to place them there, Ezra was a phenomenal wizard."

"And there's a chance that you'll offend one of the families if you put Shawn in with Perseus." the 4th principal joined in

The principal of Tortoise Academy, Zeke P. Timberman, looks to be the oldest among those in the room, he's about 159cm tall, has a deep tan skin color, has jet black eyes with grey hair and a trimmed grey beard.

"They might even say that you only put him there to appease Perseus and his special requirement." Zeke continued "And there's the unsure variable of whether he's more worth than the others with better bloodlines."

"Exactly, for now, let's just end the test, I think I've seen enough from my students." James suggest which earned nods of agreement from the others.

Perseus POV

As we were dodging in between attacks and casting spells every now and then, the angel then just stopped and slumped over before it then pressed a button on its own forearm and activated some sort of speaker.

"The test conducted by the 4 great academies under the careful and watchful eye of the United Peacekeeping Front has now ended." it announced "Your Luggage and bags should not have been harmed in the process, if they were, please report it to the nearest staff member. Welcome young wizards and witches, welcome to Titan Maximus!"
