What's this you want to start a business? Okay let's get to work with your calculations. You will have to think about your merchandise obviously you will also have to think about your gimmick because let's be honest people are going to wonder why should I even bother with you? I could just go somewhere else and get something even better and perhaps less expensive. You have to think about your gimmick what makes your business unique? Wonder how you are going to get people interested in your merchandise and then you will have to think about how to keep them happy but you have a budget? Well that's fine just use my formula from the other chapters and then find what you know that would get others interested in your merchandise. However that is just the beginning now you are going to need to get workers. But you are unsure as to which one's are going to drag you down so why not try a trial period? Allow them to show you what they have to offer most people will do little work and just try and collect for as little effort as possible however this way you can cut them out at the beginning and keep your ideal worker's to help out. Now you are going to need to be in the issue of time between each new customer and resources coming in. However if you have time to waste waiting for someone who is interested in your merchandise you are suffering. Let me explain you have let's say 4 hours between customers if your merchandise is the same it's going to be a possible fall in profit so instead use that free time to practice your craft using this method you can be able to improve your own merchandise and make customers more likely to buy rather than your plain old merchandise that you could have been practicing on honing your skills. Now than employees are not machines that should be exploited think of it like war soldiers won't be as loyal to commander's that treat them bad you want your soldiers to be happy and have high morale because if they are happy and positive they know that you are someone that will treat them good and this makes them more willing to work and be productive as it beats the alternative of a possible terrible work environment. Now than rival businesses they will try and steal away your workers or customers perhaps even both you can use them to help grow your knowledge and learn how to apply their tactics for your own business. Now most businesses will fire someone for messing up which is a faulty method. Think about it they are human just like you and it doesn't matter who you are everyone makes mistakes it's human nature so be understanding about it. Hey I am not saying completely let it go but apply the three strikes system this allows your workers to know that it's ok to make a mistake however after the second mistake they are to be put on a red flag and means that they are a possible liability but they are fine for now. The third strike means that they can't be trusted and you should let them go. Well that's all I can think of at the moment or rather it's my limit for common sense on this subject.
