Equality formula

I am someone who believes in equal treatment If someone treats me a certain way I'll treat them that same way this ignores all gender race completely equality and if they mess up 3 times it's over human's naturally makes mistakes hence the first strike if they honestly want to be apart of your life they won't make the mistakes anymore the second strike means that they are untrustworthy and the third time means that they aren't worth it and it you should remove them from your life if everyone in the world did this than everyone would be treated equally race wouldn't matter gender wouldn't be an issue nationality pointless why stereotype people who you don't know this makes racism a thing of the past it's a fair and reasonable thing to do.
