Who Are You?

Alnair flew out of the Red Valley Forest before morning came. While flying he felt his increased strength and was amazed by it.

'If I'm not wrong, then my strength can be comparable to an E rank hunter. I am surprised that I could jump through a rank. before this, I'm sure I was at early stage of F rank hunter'

He stopped going forward and saw two big magic beast, As he got closed he was surprised by their identity "My luck is good today, This are Violet Snake and a Black Bear which can be sold for a decent price, also by fighting it, I will have a idea of my strength "

It was outer part of the forest, But there were not many people, who would come to even the outer region of this forest.

He descended towards a tree stealthily, which was close to them and thought 'From here I can attack with my technique' In his family, he was taught many techniques. As he was considered genius for reaching the F rank at early age. As for the talk about him being trash of the family, it was a story for another time.

Anyway they were only rank 2 beasts. So he was confident in escaping, if things were to go south.

He waited till the two beast were little exhausted, Then he circulated the mana throughout his body to attack them but...

Three silhouettes from opposite side jumped in the battlefield. One man and other two women beside him. The man was using a sword and one of the women was holding a staff and seemed to be a mage, another women took out a spear out of thin air.

Alnair was shocked seeing this but realised that they probably had storage rings? They were by no means normally found. But a mage can probably get their hands on one. He found that they all were F rankers.

The man had a bulky frame, Still Alnair thought that he had slim chance against the beast. he also noticed the two women were twins? They both had beautiful brown hair and blue eyes. They were nearly identical but one could notice that mage had a huge bust and the one with the spear had average but still attractive figure, specially her curvy tight ass.

The man first attacked the bear who seemed to hold his ground well against the snake, The man had decided to first finish the strong one. The memeber with the spear in his party also joined him to attack.

As they engaged in a fight the snake decided to escape, but it was instantly stopped by someone else, it also had to engage in a fight with the mage.

At this moment they all heard a roar and saw another bear coming their way at full speed. The mage took quick decision to support the other two and finish the bear first.

As a result the snake escaped from there. Alnair was delighted seeing them in this condition, he also took off from that place and started chasing the snake.

The snake sensed him and almost instantly tried to attack him. But Alnair was prepared for it, he chanted "The Reis wind magic, seventh form" and vanished from his initial location.

He didn't waste his time with the snake and used his most powerful spell "Fire magic, Arcain's cage" The space around the snake turned into fire and closed in on the snake, it got burnt before even a minute had passed.

"Haha, It's been a long time. Kid, go close to the snake's body" A voice sounded inside Alnair's head. He was shocked and first he tried to checked his surroundings but found no presence.

The voice again sounded with little urgency "Hey, I am talking to you go get close to the dead snake"

This time he did what he was told and instantly it seemed like something grey coloured was sucked out of the snake's body and absorbed by him? No, by something in him.

He was greatly shocked by this, but after a second the voice said "Don't be afraid kid, I don't want to harm you"

Alnair listening to him didn't feel any relief he said "Whoever you are, I can't guess your age or gender from that broken voice of yours but tell me, how did you end up... inside me?"

That voice just laughed a little, But Alnair could feel the sadness in it, so he didn't interrupt it.

A while later the voice said "Kid you are very lucky, I am... you can think of me as a god. Because in my prime years, I would even be able to wipe this two kingdoms in a single breath"

Alnair didn't move from his place but then "Hahaha, Prime years? God? haha you must be some wondering resentful soul who died by it's stupidity, Because there are no gods" he paused and said "Don't think of me as some silly child who will trust just anybody" he said this with deep hatred.

The voice sighed internally knowing that the hatred was not aimed at him and decided to explain something about itself before this kid goes mad "Listen kido, The pendant you are wearing right now. You can say it was mine at some point in my life. I had to trap myself there for some reason" It paused and let it all sink in Alnair, then said "It was not long before the pendant was forgotten in the river of time, but your parents found it. They could be considered of some sort of really special background and they knew that pendant was special. So before leaving, they stored there mana and some of energy for emergency"

Alnair had a reaction of disbelief hearing about his parents but didn't interrupt the voice and the voice also continued.

"I woke up feeling that mana. But slept again seeing an idiot brat wearing it casually. However at the moment you swallowed the energy and mana, I decided to shift my home and you know the rest, hehe"

Alnair was fuming right now, "So now what? Are you gonna take over my body or what?"

The voice said almost laughing "I would love to do that but your bloodline is a special one. So I might not be able to do just that. That's why I have suggetion for you"

Alnair was happy inside but didn't show on his face and asked "What that might be? Don't expect anything big from me like becoming your slave"

"Well that idea is not bad but let's say you become my disciple, I will teach you everything, I know. What do you say? Not everyone gets the chance to learn from the gr-"

He was cut off by Alnair "And what can you even teach me?"

The voice said "Well first let me teach you, Mana Eye Of algol, It is a lost technique"

Alnair scoffed "And? How do you know it's lost? so much time must have passed since you died. maybe someone has got it"

The voice said almost bursting out laughing "Well, I never taught this one to any of them, haha"

Alnair was stunned and said "This is your own technique?"

He was shocked because one needed a certain level of understanding in the laws of the world to make a technique.

The voice said "Yes and No, but anyways let me transfer it to you" he didn't want to go in detail about himself, when this brat didn't even let him tell his name.

The voice didn't need to verbally explain the technique, because it can pass the technique directly to Alnair' mind with mana. Anyway the voice recently got some 'energy' thanks to certain someone burning the whole snake.
