Surprises

Alex and I have been driving for a while now, but he wouldn't tell me where we were going. I could tell that we were heading to the port, but the reason why was a mystery to me.

We came to a stop and I was proven right, we did come to the marina. Alex got out of the car and came to open my door for me. We were walking across the marine when Alex suddenly stopped me and put a blindfold over my eyes.

"What are you doing Alex?" I said giggling.

"It's a surprise, love." He said in his husky voice and then placed one of his hands on my back. We started walking slowly since I was so afraid I would fall. We had taken a few steps when we stopped and Alex helped me get on something. I felt that we were floating.

Why would he bring me on a boat?

"Don't worry, love, we're almost there." He said as if reading my mind.

While we were walking I had a very strange feeling in my gut. Not necessarily a bad one, just a strange feeling, like something was going to happen...
