Eclipse

They had returned to the house shortly after Cora test of Jared's control concluded. Cora was standing on the balcony watching the surf. The others were inside prepping a late-night snack as a precaution for Jared since Cora had amped up his thirst so high.

Cora was watching the waves roll toward the beach under the moonlight. It amazed her how much she could see in the dark. Cora looked up at the bright moon and sucked in a breath surprised by what she didn't see.

"Margo come out here." Cora called into the house where the other three were bickering about something.

Margo looked up spotting Cora on the balcony and walked out to her. "What's up, sweets?"

Cora grinned and pointed up at the sky. Margo followed her arm to where it was pointed and immediately called for Antione. Antione came out a moment later followed by Jared.

"The eclipse is gone." Cora told them as they came outside. Antione and Jared both looked at the moon.
