"My assistant was poisoned after he ate the food meant for me. What do we say about that Uncle Morel?" He asked staring at the man.

"Don't call me that. I'm not your uncle, I can never be the uncle of a bastard." I heard Evren chuckle softly at Uncle Morel's words.

"And your assistant being poisoned is not a business of the family. Attempting to kill the butler is." The lady's sister said.

"He's still alive?" He asked casually and I could see the elderly people in here seething. Especially Uncle Morel, if he had a chance to kill Evren he would without a second thought. So does the lady.

"Evren you have no right to just go around hurting people." Morel spat.

"Iris, this is the reason I asked you to kill this boy a long time ago before he destroys us all." He stared at Evren with hate. So much hate that made my blood boil. I hated that they were treating him this way, I wanted to speak up, I really did.
