Ryu returned to the Hokage's office, wiping the blood from his eyes and sighed, "What a headache! Who decided that blindness was a good idea?! Damn it!" then he thought about it, muttering "Hey! Maybe I'll get a Fujitora template if I become blind? Could be interesting… Blind myself?!"

Just as he was about to go crazy, the door was kicked open.

Guy flipped into the room, landing in a perfect landing as he said "Ryu! One of my best friends! Isn't it a nice and sunny day today?!" Ryu was sitting there with scissors in his hands, pointing at his eyeballs.

He coughed and threw the scissors out the window, saying "Guy! One of my best friends! It IS a nice day outside today! Though, that Third Hokage head on the Hokage Wall is blocking the sunlight…"

Guy stiffened and Shikaku walked in with a thick report, rolling his eyes "For the last time, no. We can't remove it!" Ryu leaned back and sighed, spinning his chair around to the massive window, "Foiled again…"

Shikaku ignored his comedy bit and said "Your school reforms have to be revised… I'm here with Guy to revise them. We also need to find enough teachers, since we're going to be abolishing the old and restructuring the new. As well as reprint the Will of Fire and History books."

Ryu took out several books from the desk, handing them to Shikaku, saying "These are the History Books and Will of Fire." he paused and added "The True History Books mind you… Also, I didn't write any notes to the Will of Fire, but maybe we shouldn't brainwash the children?"

Shikaku's lips twitched and he said "Let them interpret it the way they want… It's not brainwashing if they do it themselves… right?" Ryu looked at him in shock, saying "You're good, old man! Wow!"

Guy sat at the desk, scratching his head and chuckling "What do you mean True History?" Ryu looked at him, sighing "You both don't know how the Village was created? I have all the details, even gossip, in this book…"

Guy opened the book and read it, saying in shock "Wow! Such a strong rivalry! It's filled with YOUTH!"

Shikaku read the History book and smacked his lips, saying strangely "How do you know all this?" Ryu waved, "Uchiha Clan records." Shikaku looked at him strangely and Ryu sighed, "When I lie, people believe me, but when I tell the truth, no one does??"

Shikaku pointed at the book saying with a bit of shock "Are you saying that this is the true history?" Ryu rolled his eyes and said "I can even tell you the History of the Ninja World! Do you want to know that too? Let me tell you, you won't believe it at all…"

Shikaku rolled his eyes and Ryu took a deep breath before saying "An Alien came from space, planted a tree that sucked the vitality out of the planet creating a fruit that was the Chakra fruit, one of the aliens betrayed the other and ate the fruit becoming the Mother of all Chakra, she created two kids with the man whom she fell in love with but was hunted down by the natives of the planet, so she enslaved everyone on the planet prompting her two sons to seal her and create the moon. One of the sons became the Six Path Sage and the other stayed on the moon to watch over his mother's seal, creating a clan on the moon."

Ryu sucked in air before continuing "The Hyuga, Senju, and Uchiha clans are all descendants of the two sons and the Sharingan, Sage Body, and Byakugan are blood limits of the aliens that came to the planet. The Six paths sage had two sons that fought all the time loving and hating each other and their relationship reincarnated as chakra into various people over the ages like Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama, and finally Naruto and Sasuke."

Shikaku was silent for a few seconds before laughing as he wiped his tears, "That's a good one! Hhahaha! If I knew you were going to tell such a crazy story I wouldn't have even asked! Hahahaa!"

Ryu's mouth twitched and he grumbled, "I'll catch that old man Hagoromo and make him tell you himself! Damn…"

Shikaku stopped listening to him and rubbed his waist with a smile, saying "Alright back to business… These Breathing Styles that you created…" Ryu nodded and said "They must be prerequisites. The Breathing styles themselves will passively make your body stronger and acquire various abilities, although I'm not too sure about increasing talent for the next Generation."

He rubbed his chin and said "Anyway, even if it doesn't. It's not a bad thing, but you have to warn the children, not every breathing style is suitable for everyone. They have to choose the one they feel most comfortable with. It has to do with their talents mostly."

He paused for a moment before continuing "The 6 Powers also need to be added to the Three Body Arts. To graduate, a Genin must be proficient in at least 2 of the 6 powers." he turned to Shikaku and added, "The Breathing styles, as well as the 6 Powers will be distributed to the rest of the ninja in the village."

Shikaku nodded with a smile and said "Thank you, Hokage." Ryu waved and frowned "Although, I don't know what would be suitable for the clans… You might have to create one yourself…" he took out a book and handed it to Shikaku, saying "You take this."

Shikaku took the book and said in confusion "Blood Surging Art?" Ryu waved his hand, saying dismissively "Strengthens your bloodline, so your shadow limit thing will be much much stronger, maybe even developing a Blood Limit."

Shikaku froze and stared at Ryu in a daze.

Ryu ignored him and turned to Guy who was crying as he read the History book, "Guy! Do you even have time to teach a Taijutsu class?" Guy gave him a thumbs up, the classic sparkle appearing as he replied "No problem! Neji became a Chunin, so he can lead the team…"

Ryu rubbed his chin and said "Is that so…" Guy continued "Lee can come and help me while training, it's not a problem. These kids usually hang out around the village anyway."

Ryu tapped the table and closed his eyes, asking "Tenten… How are her Weapon skills?" Guy smiled and replied "Among the best I've seen, maybe not as good as Uchiha, but up there!"

Ryu frowned and turned to Shikaku asking "Can I promote someone to Chunin?" Shikaku's mouth twitched and he replied "You can do whatever you want." Ryu turned to Guy and said "Tell Tenten that I'm promoting her to Chunin, she will teach the Weapons class at the School."

Guy saluted and grinned, "OK!"

Ryu nodded and said "Alright, you guys can go. Ah! Don't forget to print the books! Also, give the children a week's vacation as we restructure the school!" Shikaku frowned "A week… That's cutting it close!"

Ryu sighed and complained "There's no way! Who made me only Temporary Hokage? I need to work fast and efficiently…" Shikaku's lips twitched and he resisted the urge to say 'You've changed the village more than all the others combined!', just saluting and leaving with Guy.

Ryu whistled strangely and a big crow landed on the windowsill, Ryu secured a bag of books on the Crow and scratched its feathers saying "Tell Fugaku to have the clan practice hard."

The Crow cawed and flew off with the bag.

Ryu hummed to himself and called for Sai.
