Kill Them All

Although Ursula has no authority, she can carry out arrangements on certain matters, but she must always consult the Clan Leader about them.

Ursula spent most of the morning reporting on the three Factions, one of which was supposedly staying 'Neutral', which will have to draw from its blood reserve.

The second Faction did not receive punishment since it was the only one that spoke out to support the new Clan Leader.
