Kanami gave her brother a reassuring pat on the back as he rubbed his temples in an attempt to make sense of the cruel reality that he had fallen into.

"Thank you, sister… you are the one part of this ordeal that still makes any sense."

"Why the hell are you acting as if I've just turned your entire world upside down?!"

Abaddon peered through exhausted eyes at the sight of his father sitting between his two mothers.

*Sigh*

"Stop acting like you're depressed!"

Abaddon ran his hands through his hair that he was already on the verge of pulling out.

"I just do not understand this… why in the creator's name would you choose him?"

"I can still hear you, you prick!"

Imani smiled softly as she unclenched Asmodeus' fist so that she could interlock her hand with his.

"Your father is a very wonderful man, and he takes very good care of me. He makes me laugh…"
