Angry Kitty in the Morning

It is a bright sunny day the next morning, but Lara refused to wake up. Hugging a pillow she buried her face in it. No matter how high the sun outside is, the airconditioning in the room made it cold and nice to roll herself in the comforter.

That is until she heard a voice near her ear.

"Wake up, sleepyhead" He breathe into her ear making the half asleep Lara jump in the bed.

"What are you doing here?" She glared at him as she stands on the bed.

"This is my house." He said non-chalantly.

"Are we going back to the city today?" She can't wait. She want to go back to her own house. And forget about this crazy man.

However, he laid in the bed lazily and closed his eyes.

"Mr. Liu!" She called in frustration. But she got no reaction from him.

'Ugh!! I better find Luke and get ready to go home!' However when she put a foot forward to get out of bed, he got hold of her other leg making her out of balance and she fell. It was a second before she fall face down on the floor when she was scooped with such powerful arm.

Before she knew it, she was buried in his chest on top of him.

"What a clutz!" He muttered, still eyes closed. She smacked his arm hard, making him open his eyes. Lara gulped when a pair of dark eyes bore into her, he got thick eyelashes most girls would envy, and thick but neat eyebrows. Paired with a straight nose high cheek bones. However those sinful lips are set on a thin line right now.

"Why did you hit me?" It doesn't hurt, and he wasn't angry. But he is set on making this stubborn girl frustrated as he was last night. How could she sleep so peacefully while he tossed and turn in bed all night long?

"You grabbed my leg. I wasn't being clumsy!" She protested.

"You grabbed my heart and yet you weren't being responsible." He arched an eyebrow at her.

WHAAAAAAAT?!?

'Somebody please tell me why this devil is flirting early on this day!'

"Alex—" she puffed in frustration.

"What?"

"You're married, okay?" Can he please stop this nonsense right now.

"Won't be long. Probably the annulment papers are already in my desk at the residence right now."

'Huh? It is that easy?' She's never married and therefore she doesn't really know how annulment or divorce works. But it shouldn't be as simple as getting a refund after shopping right?

"Darling don't pout like that. Makes me want to eat you." Lara is suddenly aware of their position, her on top of him, his hand on her back playing with her hair. Her hands trapped between them and his face inches away from hers. But when she struggled to mkve, he only put his other hand on her waist making her stupefied.

"Can his majesty please stop his flirting right now! Do you take me as an easy woman given I have a son?" She really is pissed at him right now.

"Can you cool down that head or yours? If I wanted any woman in bed I can call as many virgins as I want." This silenced her. But her frustration didn't go away. If that is so, why do you keep teasing me? Wait, does it mean he doesn't want any other woman?

'Woah! Hold your horses right there Lara! Gather your senses right now!'

"Alex"

"Hmmn?"

"What do you really want?" They've been on it thrice in a row since yesterday already. Frankly she's tired going around in circles and she miss her simple boring life.
