Bye Jae siblings

We reached home and I sat in the couch.

"Gosh, I freakin' hate cold." I said frustrated.

"Unnie, oppa, you're back." Chun said.

"You guys stay in your room. I'll come. Unnie is not feeling well." Jungkook said.

They ran back inside.

"Have some food." He handed me a box.

"I don't feel like eating." I said.

"Otherwise, you won't get energy."

"Everything will obviously taste bland. There's no use of eating."

"Are you gonna eat or do you want me to call Taehyung hyung?" He said smiling.

"Gosh!!!! I hate you!" I said and snatched the box from him and started eating.

"You better listen to what I say or else you'll get punished for it." He said.

"What can you do?"

He came closer to me. I moved backward.

"What are you gonna do?" My voice was low.

"Anything I want." He said smiling.

"Ok, enough." I said and pushed him back.

I sat up back. I switched on the TV.

I put on some cartoon. I felt bored.

"You're still a kid." He said.

"So are you girly handkerchief." I said and laughed.

"Hey. I said it was my sister." He whined. I just laughed.

"Ok, sorry." I said giggling.

"I'll go make lunch." He said and got up. I held his hand and pulled him back.

"Just sit." I said.

"Then who'll do lunch? They'll be hungry, and so will you." He said.

"There is enough food. And besides I need some company." I said.

"At least I'll heat up the food and come." He said and went.

He heated the food and came back.

"Can I cuddle you?" I asked him looking down.

"Y-yeah." He said.

I put my hands around him and laid my head on his chest. He put his hands on me.

"Are you feeling low?" He asked.

"No. I just miss few people." I said.

"You do miss your brother a lot. Who are the others you miss?" He asked.

"Namjoon oppa, Yoongi oppa and his music. And Cheryl." I said feeling sad.

Will she ever talk back to me? I didn't even get a chance to tell her.

"I haven't seen her for quiet a few days. Probably she changed her class and now she is obviously with Amy."

"Don't worry. She'll understand once she's heard about it." He comforted me and rubbed my arms.

"Jungkook, you and Tae oppa are the only one I have. Especially you. Please don't leave me." As I said a tear flowed.

"Hey, Y/n. I won't leave you. I'll always be with you."

I hugged him tighter.

"Thank you." I said and tears flowed.

"Don't cry. I'll always be there for you." He said and wiped my tears.

I felt safe around his arms. I fell asleep in his arms.

Jungkook's POV

She asked if she could cuddle me. I said ok, but I didn't know why. I put my hands around her making sure she was ok.

"Are you feeling low?" I asked cause she didn't talk anything for few minutes.

"No. I just miss few people." She said. I understood how she felt.

"You do miss your brother a lot. Who are the others you miss?" I asked.

"Namjoon oppa, Yoongi oppa. And Cheryl." She said her name feeling sad.

I felt guilty for y/n, cause I was the reason for her best friend to leave her. But I gotta at least stay with her.

"I haven't seen her for a quiet few days. Probably she has changed her class and now she is obviously with Amy." I could feel her pain. She didn't want her to go in the wrong path.

"Don't worry. She'll understand once she heard it." I tried to comfort her.

"Jungkook, you and Tae oppa are the only one I have. Especially you. Please don't leave me alone." She said in a sad tone.

"Hey, Y/n. I won't leave you. I'll always be with you." I said. She really does need someone to support her.

"Thank you." She said. I felt my shirt wet and saw tears flowing.

"Don't cry. I'll always be there for you." I said and assured that she felt comfortable.

She slowly fell asleep on me. I looked at her and smiled.

She really going through a lot. All she needs now is a good company. I should never make her feel lonely.

I never imagined to be friends with her. She's really sweet and kind than I expected.

I wonder why Taehyung hyung never introduced me to her before. And now he wants me to always be with her.

I felt tired and fell asleep.

Y/n's POV

I woke up and saw myself still lying on Jungkook. And he was fast asleep.

I slowly got of him and put a blanket on him.

"Y/n, I won't leave you." He said.

I thought he woke up, but he was mumbling things.

I kissed his forehead.

"Sleep tight pabo." I whispered to myself and smiled. I walked to my room and refreshed myself.

I kinda felt better. There was only running nose. My voice wasn't that raspy.

I sat down on my table and started doing the homework.

"Unnie?" Cho came in.

"Cho what is it?" I turned towards him and asked.

"Unnie, do you like oppa?" He asked. I didn't know why.

"Yes I do like oppa. I like you and Chun also." I said.

"Unnie, tell about only oppa. Do you like oppa?" He asked. I shifted ourselves to the bed.

"Sit down." I said patting at the empty spot next to mine.

"Did someone really tell you to ask?"

He shook his head sideways.

"Ummm... let's see. Ok. Yes, I do like Jungkook." I said.

There was definitely something wrong with me. I rewinded what I said.

In what way do I like him? As a friend or more than that?

Ok this is going out of limit. So better put a full stop right there.

"Jungkook oppa!!! Jungkook oppa!!!" Cho went running down.

I realised it and ran behind him.

"Cho." I said and went behind him.

"Jungkook oppa, I have to tell you something." He ran around the couch and so did I.

"What is it?" He asked in a sleepy voice.

"Cho, don't. Don't say it." I shouted running behind him.

"Oppa, unnie said that..." he said and was running.

"What?" He asked. He sat up straight and was watching us catch each other.

"Unnie, said.." he paused and started laughing.

We ran around the couch continuously.

Suddenly Jungkook pulled me to the couch and I sat on him. He didn't let go of me and held onto me.

"Cho, come here." He called him and scooted so I could sit.

"What is wrong with you both?"

"Oppa, unnie said that...." he paused.

"She said what?" He asked.

"She said she likes you." He said and ran into his room to play with his sis.

I could totally see his reaction.

"I didn't mean it in that way. I guess." I whispered the last part which was hardly audible for him.

"Ok. We're cool." He said and went upstairs.

I hit my forehead.

Shit! I learnt one thing. Never ever answer any question related about you, to kids.

Jungkook's POV

I was sleeping and I heard some shoutings of my name. I woke up and saw y/n chasing Cho.

I didn't understand what was going. They were chasing each other for a long time and chi was trying to say something but I could understand nothing.

I pulled y/n. She fell on me and I gripped onto her so she doesn't run around again.

I called Cho and moved so she could sit and Cho sat the other side to me.

He finally said what he wanted to say.

He said that Y/n said she likes me.

I was shocked to hear him say that. He ran back to the room.

She then said she didn't mean it in that way.

I was kinda relieved hearing cause as a friend at least she likes me now.

I went back to my room, and refreshed myself. Those words kept rewinding.

I couldn't keep it away from my mind. I was just smiling like a fool.

Y/n's POV

I felt kinda embarrassed.

I went over to the kitchen and made some food for all.

*ding dong

The doorbell rang. I went over and opened the door. A couple were standing.

"Hi. How may I help you?" I asked.

"You're Y/n right?" The guy asked.

"Yes. Sorry, come in." I invited them in.

"I'm Seojun. And this is my wife, Aera. We got married two years ago." He said.

"Oh ok."

"That day at park, we saw you with a young man and two kids." I nodded and listened to what they were saying.

"Here's the thing. My wife didn't have the ability to give birth. So we wanted to adopt and we saw you that day. They called you unnie, so I just..." he couldn't say it further.

"I understand. I know every mother would feel. Yeah, you can adopt them. They aren't my blood related but yet I gave them what I could cause I felt sad for them. And hearing you guys want to adopt them makes me happy, cause they can have a better life and have parents." I said.

"I'll go get them." I said and went to their room.

"Cho, Chun, come over here. I've gotta tell you something." I sat on the bed.

"There are two people who have come to take you guys to their home. They want to take care of you and they'll do everything for you." I said feeling sad.

"Unnie, will you also come?" They asked.

"I'll visit you guys during weekend. Don't worry they'll take good care of you. Now let's get things packed." I took a bag and put some clothes I had for them.

We went out.

"Cho and Chun, meet your parents." I introduced each other.

I gave the bag to them.

"You'll stay with them from now on." I said.

Jungkook came down and looked at them.

"Kids, come. Shall we go home?" He asked. They ran to them.

"You guys sit in the car. I'll come." He said to the kids.

As they left he turned towards me.

"I really don't know how to thank you. You've done us a big help. Here, this is my number. If you need anything please let me know. We're always be there for you." She said. I nodded.

I walked to the door and watched them go.

Without me knowing, tears were flowing.

"Bye, Chun and Cho. See you soon." I said.

They waved and I waved back.

Jungkook was standing behind me.

"What just happened?" He asked.

"They adopted them cause she couldn't get pregnant. I felt sad for them so let them." I said. But it hurt a bit having them leave. They always ran around the house. But now it's just back to normal.

"I get it how you feel. It's ok. We'll visit them every week." He said.

I nodded and wiped my tears.

"I'm happy that they'll have a good life now." I said and went in with him.
