She met the Alpha!
(Isla POV)
The idea of being anyone's slave came so suddenly that I failed to understand what was installed for me. Even though from childhood the wish of getting away and starting something knew always was there, I would have at least appreciated a little introduction about what was to be done and most importantly who the master was serving wanted from me. I didn't mean to wander around and actually enter a room which was forbidden and like Kelly was busy telling me. the chances of getting killed as an omega was there and that was more scary than anything
"I told you to come downstairs not go somewhere else...please from now on don't go anywhere without my full permission"kelly was still talking while I was busy admiring the place. It was gorgeous and the interior design was something I've never set my eyes on before. The feeling of being alive to breathe fresh air in a clean environment and be free from confinement made me smile as I stretched my arms and twirled around with a smile on my face. I was starting a new life I knew I was nothing but a slave however I had a goal in life and that was to find my parents. I missed my parents a lot and if it was true that they were bought them I was glad to look for them but with kelly reciting all the forbidden places I wasn't allowed to go to it was going to be difficult
"And lastly try to avoid the alpha at all cost...you are assigned to cleaning his room...attend to him when requested but don't go anywhere near the study room, the library or his bedroom"the lady was still saying and I quickly stopped nodding as I kept my eyes on her. She was young maybe my age, I was wondering if she was an omega like me if so then I was glad to be her friend since she didn't look mean at all
"So this alpha...how does he look like?"I voiced out a question which had been eating me up since I heard there was an alpha out there. The feeling of being part of a true pack was new to me and I was happy and excited as we were walking down some corridors which Kelly said led to the main building where the alpha and his family lived. I was eager to see some new faces even if kelly informed me to keep my head down at all times not matter the insults I received which I nodded to
"Forget about the alpha for now...just try to avoid him at all cost...Isla you are new here...the rules are a little harsh and deep down I think you are a sweet girl"she said when we stopped by the garden which looked beautiful, I was taken back by the bright flowers and I recalled back home. I love plants and taking care of flowers was my favorite thing to do and seeing the place which was filled with all sorts of flowers, I smiled with happiness and returned my gaze to Kelly and she had a frown on her face
"D...did I do anything wrong?"I asked suspiciously but the lady just face-palmed herself and took me by the arm and dragged me away as if I was a child. I didn't mind as I ran keeping up her fast pace. We didn't stop walking until we took a left turn and came to a stop just at the entrance to a big mansion. I saw that the place was like a royal palace with a lot of courtyards so far I noticed we passed like three and now this one was located down the far side and stood alone and it was different and somehow prestigious I glanced up at the black door and fear rushed through me as I stumbled backwards a little if not for kelly holding me, I would have fallen down and she noticed my sudden behavior and turned to me
"Are you okay?"she asked, looking at me with narrowed eyes and I nodded, not knowing why the feeling of fear which was so strange rushed through me all of a sudden. I wasn't sick that I knew so I brushed the thoughts away and nodded again
"I'm fine...so what is this place it's beautiful and different"I asked with a huge smile plastered on my face as I lifted my gaze and kelly sighed heavily as if I was giving her a headache and the doors opened from inside getting my attention
"This is our alpha's den...he lives here...not everyone is allowed to come to this area but I'm surprised you are"she explained to me as she walked in and my eyes were up. I was amused by the beautiful sight before me. We walked in and came to stop right by the entrance when the same tall lady from before walked elegantly to us and I fixed my eyes at her however kelly elbowed me to lower my head and I did awkwardly
"She's late...Kelly my cousin hates seeing these people...make sure she doesnt show her face to the alpha"the lady said in a disdainful voice and I knew she hated me, but what could I do when I was a slave to these bunch of wolves
"Don't worry I already told her...now should I show her around so that she gets familiar with her surroundings"
"Sure...just don't let her touch my stuff"like some queen the lady said and if not for my head been lowered then I would have given her an eyes however I shoved my anger aside and the lady walked passed us only until she was out of sight did kelly exhale and gestured for me to follow her
"Come Isla...the alpha already left to the human world. I'm sure he won't come until late at nightfall"she told me as well as walking to the many stairs which i thought were endless, such a complicated place. I was certain I needed a year to have a full map view of the entire place. I was eager to know the alpha. It seemed everyone was all trying to tell me to keep away from him but knowing how I was. I was someone who chose to run towards danger and I couldn't wait to meet him or just take a small glimpse of the mighty and most feared werewolf that even Parker was scared of
Finally we stopped as we left the stairs and came to a stop at a girl painted door which was far to the end of the passageway. So far I counted how many turns we made and it was four turns. We passed various rooms which Kelly told me were locked because the alpha didn't like noise hence his part was secluded with only his room open
"This is Alpha Aiden's room...everyday after 7AM you need to be here...he normally leaves at 7AM sharp so please try to be here at 8 not early okay...its open...I'll check up on you a little later"
"Okay…"I answered with a light nod and stared at the door then to Kelly who just left. A long excuse left my mouth as I proceeded to open the door. I entered the room with great care and I was stunned. It was large and beautiful and a little dark. Everything was black including the bed which wasn't done and I knew I had to do the bed as well. My eyes shifted around and I smiled faintly,the room had a large glass window which was open and a balcony door. All my life I loved balconies but not all houses had one because back home the houses were too small and unstable. Looking at the room it was like the size of my house and I felt bad as I set the bucket I was holding the entire time down and walked to the balcony to see if there was anything I could fix or arrange.
"Come on Isla do this right and leave this scary room"I muttered to myself and opened the doors to the balcony and I was about to walk out when I heard voices and heavy footsteps which had me frozen in place and before I could hide away, the bedroom door flew open and I nearly fell thinking maybe it was kelly but when the person walked in. I was even scared when it turned out to be the same man I saw in that office, he seemed to be talking to someone on the phone and immediately he saw me standing like a statue he stopped and met my gaze and again I felt that overpowering feeling I felt earlier when he was close to me. I didn't know why he was so scary, his forest green eyes were a little darker which reminded me of the forest back home. His gaze gave me chills and again I was sweating. My forehead was dripping with sweat and my heart was racing rapidly and I felt my wolf stir. It took a while for me to recollect myself and actually take a step or say anything. Who was he and what was he doing in the alpha's room. It was like I kept meeting him everywhere and this time I wasn't at fault.
"I…"
"Get out!"
I wanted to say something but he beat me to it and made a low yell which made me flinch as I kept my head lowered just like kelly had said. I didn't know what gave me strength to walk towards the door and like a fool I bumped into him since my head was lowered but soon regained my wits and I rushed out of the door still failing to breath "who is he!"I mumbled the question and the door slammed on my face then something dawned on me "h...is he the...alpha?"I muttered with wide eyes as I slowly turned to the closed door and I knew I already met the alpha. No wonder his aura was so overwhelming, but how come, kelly was certain he was away but now he saw me and everyone said omegas were not allowed to show their faces to the alpha and so far, I showed myself twice to him.
