The time for the rating game has finally arrived. Rias and her group can be seen preparing themselves in the Occult Research Club room. There was no nervousness in their face and only confidence were implanted on it. Grayfia who was checking on them was even strange out by this happening as days ago they were too worried to even form a proper thoughts.

After her defeat, Grayfia's attitude towards Shiki has greatly changed. She started respecting her for the power she possess and Sirzechs could do nothing about that. Their plan of introducing Shiki to Rias was foiled because Rias mentioned that she doesn't need any help anymore as she has the thing that could help her win this battle

Now, instead of being Kuoh Academy, the rating game will now be held in the Underworld. The reason for that is because several powerhouse has decided to watch the fight. The devils won't let themselves be disrespected just because they didn't present a grand venue for the battle. That is why this rating game has turned into an official event that is known throughout whole hell.

Now in the venue, there are still a lot of vacant V.I.P seats as the others still didn't arrive. Despite this, Sirzechs decided that it is time to start the event. He assigned one of his friend to host this battle as she was quite suitable for the job and that friend is none other than the bubbly magical girl Levia-tan.

"Alrighty~! Is everyone excited about this fighttt?!" Serafall's voice rang throughout the whole venue spreading joy energy to the spectators.

Serafall smiled brightly at that reaction, "Fantastic! Now let me introduce the one who created this event! It is our striking and powerful demon lord! The one and only Sirzechs Lucifer~!" she pointed her finger at the figure who revealed himself to the crowd. Seeing that silhouette, almost all devils had to open their lungs to show admiration.

Sirzechs waved his hand to the crowd, he chose not to break Serafall's energy by not giving a speech, he just let her be with what she wanted. "We also have some pretty important guest arriving today! And by the report I have received, they just recently arrived~! Now help me welcome the guest! Coming from the fallen angel part, let us welcome Governor Azazel and his friend~!!!" this time, it wasn't received with much enthusiasm.

Only clapping was the thing they received. It is natural for there was no peace yet and this is just a formal visit. Hatred still even lingers in the air just from that fact, but as if not caring about that, Azazel just smiled at the crowd and even waved at them. Beside Azazel was a person with unknown background, she has an emotionless face with albino features.

They sat on their V.I.P section which prompted Serafall to continue introducing the others. "Now on the other hand, we have an unusual guest here! They were formerly divided into two factions but with the emerging of a leader, the two shook hands and created harmony! Let's welcome the Vampire Faction with their leader. Ultimate One Arcueid Brunestud~!" Serafall introduced their background so that it won't create too much hate.

The crowd then spotted a mesmerizing woman entering the venue. She has long golden hair which was enhanced by the large white dress she wore. Her whole presence screamed danger making everyone on the venue at edge. On her side was the leader of Tepes Faction and Carmilla Faction. They throw away their dignity and acted like loyal dog in front of Arcueid.

"Oi, oi, that girl is seriously alarming. She managed to fix the relationship between the two factions? What kind of monster is she?" Azazel commented with an amused smile on his face, it was entertaining for him to see the two leaders act like servants when their pride are usually the highest even among all the races in the world.

Bea who was at the side of Azazel changed the look on her eyes when she saw Arcueid. She thought that Arcueid must have really enjoyed herself in this fiasco of hers, quite different from her who had to seriously look for them. "That woman needs to learn a lesson later…" Bea muttered staring directly at Arcueid who visibly flinched at that.

Arcueid started looking around until her gaze reached Bea who was looking at her menacingly. Now even with the power of EARTH, she still retained the fear she has of Bea making her shiver on the spot. Arcueid revealed a wry smile confusing her servants.

Azazel on the other hand find this interaction strange, he is a perceptive individual so he immediately noticed the hidden conversation of the two. It left him amazed that the person he was intending to study has a friend this powerful. No, it is more like she has the authority against the other person and it made Azazel wonder if what kind of group they are.

"It seems like you found one of your companions" he leisurely asked placing his hand at the back of his head. "Yes, and it seems like she need some proper scolding later. How dares she enjoy herself and forget looking for Lord Lawrence, it's unforgivable" Bea said confirming Azazel's speculation.

Arcueid and her group also entered their V.I.P section ignoring the animosity from the crowd. Coincidentally, their place was close to where Azazel and Bea was. They were about start a conversation when Serafall did an introduction that was not included in the script.

"Ohh! I want to introduce to everyone the sunshine of my life! She is the wonderful person who constantly give me energy to continue moving on life! The person I adore the most, So-tan~!" Serafall shouted with all of her might causing embarrassment to the person being introduced. Still with no choice of entering, Sona and her peerage entered the venue.

Well, contrary to the expectations of the crowd, the entrance was not a simple one for a humungous amount of magic was flaring in the air causing friction to happen. The amount of magic was suffocating for it was simply immense and might even be endless. It was also potent enough to disrupt the flow of magic in atmosphere.

Everyone widened their eyes at the spectacle. They instantly turned their heads towards the person emitting this monstrous magic. It was a blonde lady with her presence screaming of aristocrat. She seemed to be amused by the horrific reaction that the crowd has given her prompting her to flaunt more of her mana.

Now, it is getting hard to breath and some even started to have seizure from the intensity. Sona who was at the lady's side was about to reprimand her when the magic was broken during its manifestation. Sona tilted her head wondering if Anastashia has broken the magic herself but from the annoyed expression she has, it is unlikely.

"Have you had enough of playing around?" a voice sounded, all spectators involuntarily turned to the source only to find the Ultimate One of the vampires. Tension appeared on the atmosphere as many people anticipated the incoming confrontation between the two. "Hah? Did power corrupted your mind bitch?" Anastashia retorted as the two glared at each other.

Aura started surging from the two, it made people uncomfortable just by being in the venue. Many of the trouble-loving folks grinned as they waited for the expected fight, it cannot be helped if they think like that because the hatred emitting from the two are so strong that it would not be shocking if they decided to start killing here.

The aura intensified as Serafall and Sirzechs were getting concerned. They hoped that the Vampire Faction can hold theirselves back because this is a devil's event after all, they can easily be overwhelmed with the number of devils here. What happened next was a shock not just to the crowd but also to Azazel who was watching the entertainment.

"Hands"

That voice sounded simple yet it invoked a strong authority that made the two instinctively show their hands. The crowd widened their eyes upon viewing the Albino woman that Azazel brought come closer to the two. She was holding a long ruler stick while her eyes shone in dominance.

The two who heard that voice had no choice but to open their hands. The fear that they accumulated from this individual is enough for them to abandon their pride at this moment. The two gulped loudly as the soft footsteps rang throughout the whole venue. They slowly looked at where it came from and smiled wryly as they saw a face that brought pain to them before.

"Bad kids needs to be punished" Bea spoke raising the ruler on her hand.

PLAAAK!

Just like that, the two dominating presence in the venue winced in pain that the ruler brought to them. Thus the apex of the monsters has been replaced by the albino maid.
