Chapter Thirty-Three

Violet's (POV)

I woke up in Ollie's arms and I pushed him off me and ran to the bathroom to pee.

I went back to my room and saw Ollie still sleeping so I took my school clothes and went to the bathroom.

I showered and got dressed. I went back and saw Ollie was gone so I went down and grabbed my bag and went to the kitchen

"Hey, dad and the rest already left and the boys already went to school and our aunts and grandma went shopping with Griffen so it's just you and me," Ollie said

"Cool want to skip?" I asked smiling

"Vi we can't,"

"Okay," I said and poured myself some coffee

"You're going to skip aren't you?" He asked

"Yup," I said drinking my coffee

"Okay fine just saying I don't know about it and I didn't tell you to go to the beach it's the only place dad and the rest won't look if they find out you skipped," Ollie said

"Thank you, big brother," I said and hugged him

"Don't do anything crazy okay and be safe," he said kissed my head and left

As soon as I heard Ollie leave I ran to my room and got dressed

I got on my bike and was on my way to go to the beach when I exited the city.

I drove for hours when I finally got to a bar. I stood at the door wanting to go in and drink something when my body just froze

I jumped when my phone started ringing I caught my breath and answer my phone when I saw it was dad

"Hey Dad," I said

"Where are you and don't say school," he said

"I'm having me time dad I need time for myself to adjust to everything and to think I'll be home tonight don't worry," I said with a little fear in my voice

"Vi hun where are you?" He asked

"Dad I'll be home tonight I promise

"Okay just come home okay when you're done," he said sadly

"Dad I just need today okay, I just need some time I'll be home tonight, I love you," I said and hung up

I put my phone in my bag again and climbed onto my bike. I started driving back home.

Once I got there it was already 5 pm, the guard opened the gate for me and I went in

I went inside the house and once I got inside my dad was the first one who was in front of me

"How was your day and where did you go?" He asked

"I went to the beach and I had a great day and yours?" I lied

"We stressed and didn't get any work done because we were worried about you and where you were," Chase said ran to me, and hugged me

"Sorry I didn't mean to worry you," I said

"Just don't do it again if you need a day for yourself tell us and well let you have your space okay," Dad said and kissed my head

"Come on we were just about to eat," Chase said

"I already ate so I'm just going to go up goodnight guys," I lied and went to my room.

A little later dad came knocking on my door

"Hey, you asleep yet?" He asked

"No," I said

"Good you should let Raphael know you're too tired to go on that date," he said

"Wait how did you know..." I started asking but he cut me in

"Vi I'm your father and because he asked me before he asked you," Dad said and started laughing at the end

"Oh I'll text him now," I said and my father left

V- Violet

R- Ralph

V- Hey sorry for doing this but can we reschedule our date?

R- Hey mi amore, Sure is everything okay?

V- Yeah, sort of, I don't know maybe, I'll talk to you tomorrow okay

I got into my nightclothes and went to bed and started to think about cutting myself again. I quickly got in my bed and tried to fall asleep

"Wake up!" I hear someone yell at me

"Ugg" I mumbled

"Vi the house is on fire!" I heard Oliver yell

I jump from my bed and hit Edwards chest

"Okay that worked," Edward said

"Morning sleepy head get dressed were going to be late," Ollie said and he and Edward left my room laughing

I glared at them and quickly got dressed grabbed my bag and went down.

As I grab myself a cup of coffee I heard suffering behind me so I turned around

"So yesterday..." Leo started

"No look I needed me the time I went to the beach and spend my time there so don't even start okay," I lied took a huge sip of my coffee and grabbed my Lamborghini's keys before getting to my car.

I got in my car and Ollie climb into the passenger seat. I look at him for a minute and started driving to school

"Why did you ask me to skip with you if you wanted to be alone?" He asked

"I wanted to be alone but not totally alone because usually when I'm totally alone I do stupid shit like cut myself or..." I said and he finished my sentence

"Use drags again,"

"Yeah," I said

"Did you?" He asked

"No, because I wasn't alone I was with a friend," I lied

"You should have said something Vi I would have gone with you then," he said

"Don't worry about it, it's fine and I'm fine," I lied again as I stopped the car

"Hey umm I'll see you guys later okay I'm going to go find my friends," I said as we got out of the car

"Sure," Ollie said and I left to go find my friends

Once I saw them I went to them and said, "Hey guys,"

"Hey, where were you yesterday?" Malia asked

"Oh I didn't feel well Carter can I talk to you," I asked

"Sure," he said and we went to an empty classroom

I started pacing and after a minute he grabbed my shoulders making me stand still and look at him

"What happened?" He asked

"So yesterday I wanted to have a day off because I felt off and I skipped school planning on going to the beach but ended up in front of a bar miles away from the city

Before I went in my dad called and I heard the sadness in his voice so I drove home I lied to them and said I went to the beach and that I already ate

I went up to my room got barely enough sleep because all I did last night was thinking about cutting myself or how I lied," I said and then ran my hand through my head before continuing

"I wanted to start drinking again yesterday and today when I lied again all I can think about is drugs Carter I can't..." I said and started breathing heavily

"Vi breathes, look at me and breath with me in... and out..." He helped me

"Vi we need to tell your family this," he said after I started getting my breath back

"I can't," I said shaking my head

"Okay okay we won't tell them, here," he said and handed me a piece of chewing gum

I started chowing and looked at him

"Can you take me somewhere I gave my keys to Oliver when we got here?" K asked

"Sure where do you want to go?" He asked

"I'll show you the way and thank you for being understanding," I said

"Come on we're friends aren't we," he said

We went to his car after the bell rang. I showed him the path to take and we stopped in front of a big building

"Thank you for this I'll call my dad to come and get me so you can go," I said and hugged him

"No problem," after he left I made my way into the building

As I went to the front desk Scott came out of his office and saw me and immediately grow concerned

"Come on," he said and we went in

As we got inside I started crying. He hugged me and said nothing. After minutes passed I stopped crying and he sat me down on the couch and gave me some water

"Thank you," I said and drank the water

"You want to talk about it?" Scott asked

"Yesterday I skipped school because I felt off I didn't feel anything, I planned to go to the beach but I ended up in front of a bar miles out of town

Dad called me and I snapped out of that dais I went back home and lied to my family and said I went to the beach and when I got into my room all I wanted was the alcohol and to cut myself

And this morning I can't stop thinking about drugs," I said

"Oh hun let's start with you calling your dad first and tell him you're here and that he should come," Scott said

I called my dad and he answered on the second ring

"Hey Dad," I said sadly

"Sunshine what's wrong?" He asked

"Umm I'm at Scott's," I said nervously

"What are you doing there sweetheart?" He asked concerned

"I can't tell you on the phone so can you please come here?" I asked

"I'm on my way," he said and hung up

"He's on his way," I said

"Good now let's start talking about these day's you don't feel anything. Who often does it happen?" Scott asked

"Not often but it last 2 or 4 days," I said

"Okay what else can you tell me," he asked

We started talking and then minutes later someone knocked on the door. Scott went to open it and my dad walked in as soon as he saw me he hugged me and asked, "what's wrong?"

I started telling him everything about how I'd been feeling and every urge I get after I was done I was in tears do was dad and I could see Scott was sad

"Okay we need to get this under control, I'm going to describe some medicine for you and I want your family to make sure you drink them every day before breakfast and before your dinner.

I also want you to start talking to your family I know it is hard but you need to even when if you just start opening up to them one at a time.

I also need you to come in three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays so we can talk some more," Scott said

"Thank you, Scott," I said

"No problem Violet and here is my number call anytime and I'll be there for you okay,"

After talking to Scott some more Dad took me home.

"Dad I'm really sorry I didn't tell you," I said as we drove home

"Oh sunshine it's fine but I want you to trust me enough to come to me when you feel like that," he said sadly

"I do trust you but I was scared it's been a long time since I felt like this and I got so scared I wasn't thinking," I said and then continued "Are the rest home?"

"Sunshine just know I'll always be there for you no matter what and yes everyone is home but I'll tell them to give you some space today if that's what you want,"

"Thanks, Dad,"

Once we got home my whole family stood at the entrance so I looked at dad. Dad smiled and we got out once we got to the door my brothers wanted to hug me but dad stopped them

"Look guys give her a little space for today okay," dad said and then I just ran to my room

But not before hearing dad say, "Oliver I want you to be with her today okay,"

I couldn't hear the rest because I got into my room I closed my door and went to shower

After I showered and got dressed in comfortable clothes after I was done I called Carter

"Hey," I said when he picked up

"Hey, Vi how are you feeling?" He asked

"Like shit but I talked to my therapist and my dad and slowly getting better I just wanted to thank you for today," I said honestly

"That's great Vi, and no problem I'm always there for you," he said

"Why though?" I asked

"Because you're my friend and you're like a sister to me," he said which hold a little more meaning

"Well thanks anyways I have to go see you Monday," I said and hung up

I went to my room and saw Ollie on my chair next to the window looking out. Once he saw me he stood up and hugged me.

After a while, he let go smiled, and said, "Food's ready,"

"Okay go ahead I'll be right down," I said
