Suddenly the vehicles came to an halt, “what happened?” Lina asked and Gina wound down the window
“We are at the human world” she replied “I thought we occupy the southern territory, how come humans are here?” Pearl was the one who asked
Gina took a breath in before replying “majority of the witches, fairies and demons live here but to make sure that humans don’t suspect any thing, they allow them live here but the fact is that the road to our territory remains unknown to them”
“Why is everyone looking towards us” Pearl asked “well it isn’t easy for one to own a limousine, people kill to enter it, they feel like we are damn so rich” Gina further explained
“So Lyle knows about this new tech but he doesn’t want to bring them to our world” Lina questioned “sometimes, traditions are best kept the same, Lyle must have a reason why he hasn’t brought this tech to our world” Gina continued
The human world was very busy, different types of vehicles were on the road, they were hawkers and so much more
“The human world is a nice place to be” Lina blurted out
“hmmmm, I wish I could say the same, despite the fact that humans don’t have special power, so far they are the most annoying and troublesome set of people, do you even know there was a certain time they suspected our existence, they did everything they could to prove their hypothesis correct but all to no avail especially when Lyle and Peres manipulated them” Gina added with a chuckle
“Don’t worry ladies, if there is an opportunity, I would make sure to take you round my world, show you different techs and teach you how to live in our world
Welcome to my world” Gina stated
There were so many vehicles on just a narrow road so the movement were slow, suddenly they burst out into what seems like the major road which had few vehicles on it and that when their vehicle speed off.
“Why is the road empty, unlike the previous one?” Pearl asked “because we are at the express, this is the highway, majorly for people traveling from one state to another state” Gina replied.
Gina leaned her head on the head rest and dozed off, since this was still dazzling for Lina and Pearl, they had their eyes wide open watching different brands of vehicles and complimenting them.
Six hours later,
Their vehicles drove into the airport, “where are we?” Lina asked tapping Gina “we…” Gina was stressing the we because she was still sleepy
“We are at the airport” Gina replied “what is an airport?” Pearl asked
“Hmmmmm” Gina let out a long breath “a plane is the fastest means of transportation, planes travel in air, an airport is a station or a place where you board a plane, every plane must be boarded at an airport”
“Wait! The plane stays in the air without falling, is it a gigantic bird or something? Because I remember the law of gravity which states that anything that goes up must surely come down” Lina asked
“It’s the works of technology, the application of science brought this inventions to existence, I know it’s unrealistic but it’s true, you would see for yourself, so no more questions till we get to our destination” Gina intentionally added the last part because of their inquisitive nature
“And one last thing, no witches, fairies nor demons, we all are humans, do you get it, no use of spells, no turning small in size, am I understood?” Gina asked and got a nod of head from the both of them
“Lina, take this, it’s an head warmer, I don’t people gazing at you because of the color of your hair, though you could say you dyed it but I’m not in the mood for attention. Try to be human enough both of you” Gina finally ended the discussion before alighting the vehicle.
They sat on the chairs waiting for Lyle to finish booking their tickets as Gina said he would
“When do our flight leave?” Peres asked the moment Lyle came back “in an hour time” Lyle replied “hope we are using the private jet” Adam was the one who asked
“Yes” Lyle replied shortly “what is a private jet?” Pearl asked forgetting Gina’s instructions
“A private jet is a plane that belongs to one person, it’s the person’s own, no one shares with him” Gina replied
When Lina saw the plane, she was strucked, human were really amazing, they were genius, God how were they able to create such thing.The interior looked amazing and everyone got a seat, there were waiters serving them and so on.
Dusk was gradually approaching, they were still in the air, “are we going to stay in air all night long?” Lina asked Gina
“Well, I guess so, goodnight ladies, I want to have a good night rest” Gina added with a smile.
Everyone fell asleep, except Lyle, Lina, Peres and Pearl. Pearl and Lina were too excited to fall asleep while Peres and Lyle just decided to stay awake.
