Bad Boys are Never In the Mood for Romance

"Miyu-chan we're upstairs, come and meet my friends," Haruki yelled back to the girl downstairs.

"Please, you mustn't tell her the truth. It can make her disease worse!" Honda-san pleaded.

Because it was a good time to get a promise out of the chief engineer, Haruki demanded,

"Then promise to let our families know."

With no time to bargain, Honda-san whispered the reply,

"Yes, yes, I will warn them," then he disconnected.

Haruki left immediately, going to meet Miyu-chan, with Daisuke by his side and the others behind.

Upon arriving at the stairs, he greeted the girl with a grin,

"Hi again Miyu-chan," Haruki said cheerfully and started down the steps two at a time until he reached the girl standing in the entrance hall.

"Let me introduce you to others. This is Yamada Daisuke," he said, pointing to the influencer who came down the stairs calmly and elegantly.

Miyu-chan looked briefly at Haruki, looking at Daisuke next. The girl blinked several times, bringing her hands to her mouth and turning red as a strawberry. 'Is she fascinated by him? Hm, how fickle Miyu-chan is! ' Haruki concluded she got dazzled easily. But it was also obvious that she had recognized the influencer.

"Well, from what I see you already know him," Haruki said.

"Welcome Sanada-chan*!" Daisuke greeted her down the bottom steps, and bowed slightly, "It's a pleasure to meet you in person!"

At the top was Hinata, near the stairs holding the banister. Behind him, Takashi, Saito and Jun watched the scene.

The girl looked at them as if in a trance of ecstasy, and without a single word, she became translucent and disappeared.

Jun passed everyone down and skipped some steps until he reached Haruki,

"You couldn't have given the word for me. I didn't consent to maintain this farce."

"I had a chance to bargain with Honda-san and I used it. But if you don't care about the people who care about you don't know what's going on, I can't do anything," Haruki raised his arms, opening his hands, as a sign that he couldn't do anything about it.

But the singer then asked, "Does anyone else think the decision was a bad one? That I shouldn't have used the opportunity to gain that advantage?" Haruki looked everyone in the face, looking to see if there was more disapproval or approval of his attitude.

"He can lie, tell us he let them know but doing nothing to it. Or making up a distorted story of the truth," Jun argued.

"Dude, I know my mom. Regardless of what they tell her, she will want to see me. And she will turn over each motherboard until she finds me." Haruki trusted his loved mommy.

"I'm not going to behave like a silly game character and I'm not going to flirt with this girl," Jun mumbled.

"Of course you won't," Saito came to add fuel to the fire, and Jun looked at him, frowning.

"Like?"

"Bad Boys are never in the mood for romance. Not in the good stories," Saito smirked at him, "But, on one issue, I agree with you. I won't flirt with Miyu-chan. She has already shown her emotional fragility. Running away from being introduced to Daisuke. I won't win her over. Regardless of what the game is about," Saito said looking each of them into the eyes and stopping at Haruki,

"You did the right thing. Miyu-chan couldn't take the truth. She could have a nervous breakdown," turning to the stairs, Saito said good night and walked away.

Jun followed Saito with his eyes until he disappeared upstairs. Facing Haruki after that, he huffed and went out of the main door.

Hinata waited for Jun to leave and said,

"I think Honda-san is going to show us our contract, to explain we are on a GameKoi project. Appealing to the fact that we accept secrecy. What do you think?"

"That your contract is not legally valid, since you are still underage," said Takashi.

Hinata made a funny face and retorted,

"I am not legally underage, they emancipated me. My father needed to emancipate me so I could receive my great grandfather's inheritance."

"I didn't sign it. This confidentiality contract that you signed," Haruki reminded them.

"Anyway, now we have to wait." Daisuke shrugged and said good night. Takashi took the opportunity to go up too. Hinata went look for Jun.

With nothing else to do, Haruki ended up retiring too, even if agitated and without sleep. He entered the room, trying not to make any noise.

He saw Saito lying on the left side. The bed was wide and long, with plenty of space.
