Chapter 183: I am getting married to Calcel !

" I am in love with Marvis. And we are soon getting married. "

Jenny heaved a breath on hearing this from him.

" Wow ! " She said happily.

" Calcel, This is such good news. I very happy for you. " She said and hugged him in excitement. Calcel was amused by her unexpected hug and he frowned.

" Calcel I knew that you would make it. I am so happy that you are finally getting married to the person you love. " She said while she caressed his back.

" Hi, Come and we have supper. I am very hungry.." David came and interrupted them.

While they were eating David asked.

" So, Did she accept ? "

" Of course Father. "

" That's good news. Since you two love each other lets put the wedding in two weeks.." David spoke.

" But Father, Aren't we rushing things ? " Calcel asked.

" No my dear. I want her to come and be part of our family. And...i want you to be happy. " He said.

The following day was very anxious to visit Alyssa and tell her everything but unfortunately they had a big function at the Church so she couldn't leave.

The day that followed, Alyssa knew that Derrick was going to come for her anytime as he had promised.

She was scared because she didn't know how things were going to turn out as he always came abruptly.

" Marvis, what's wrong ? You look unsettled .." Camilla noticed after they were from having photoshoot.

" I am fine..." Alyssa lied with a smile and after looked at her ring.

' Calcel, I said yes to you but I don't know what Derrick will do today. Hope nothing breaks our relationship . '

She was in thoughts when Camilla noticed the ring and grabbed her palm.

" Marvis, Are you engaged to someone ? " Camilla shouted in excitement which made the girls who were around to come and see.

She tried to pull her hand back but Camilla had a strong grip on it.

" Wow ! It's a beautiful ring. ...who is marrying you ? Wow...tell us.." The girls said admiring the ring.

Alyssa finally managed to pull away and got up.

" Guys...It's a misunderstanding. I have something to do. Please excuse me ! " She said and rushed to the washroom.

While she was coming back she finally met Derrick. She sighed on seeing him and walked to him.

" I see you kept your promise. I thought you were not coming for me at all. " She said.

" You should thank God that i found a way to come inside. Since I am here, Let's talk. " Derrick replied with a smirk.

" We can't talk for the corridor. Let's go to the Cafeteria. " Alyssa said and led the way.

When they were in the Cafeteria they ordered for coffee.

" So, I guess you have decided already. "Derrick sneered.

" Deciding about marrying you ? " Alyssa asked.

" Of course, Which other deal do we have ? " Derrick questioned.

Alyssa laughed at him which put a frown on his face.

" Derrick, You have nuts. After dumping me for a rich woman, Now you want to marry me ? Should I call that love or ? "

Derrick shook his head with a smile. " Deran was just a by the way. But you are the one I always loved from the beginning. "

' So her name was Deran ? '

Alyssa clicked this and said. " I....am not marrying you. " she declared with a serious look.

Derrick chuckled in disbelief. " What did you say ? " He asked.

Alyssa now stood up. At the same time Gladys was entering the Cafeteria when she saw Alyssa from a distance and then walked to her. She had decided to come and tell her the truth. And she was glad that she saw in the Cafeteria. While she went to her she realized that Alyssa was actually talking to someone and stood still to wait when she had her say..

" Look at this ring, I am already getting married to Calcel. " She declared.

Gladys who heard this was put into another shock when she heard this and the bag she was holding in her hands fell.

She Alyssa and Derrick heard this they turned to look at her.

" Aunty Gladys..." Alyssa called on seeing her.

Gladys made short steps towards her. Alyssa knew she was in trouble and she looked at Gladys with guilt.

" Aunty..." She called again in a shaky voice.

Derrick noticed the way Alyssa looked at this strange woman and knew that something was wrong.

"...Did..did you say that you...you.are getting married to Calcel ? Calcel Wong ? " She asked.

" ..I am...I am...sorry.." that's all Alyssa could say.

Gladys' eyes started releasing tears.

' You and Calcel again ? How did it happen ? Does he know that you are Alyssa ? '

Gladys wondered because she was clueless about this. All Alyssa saw was Gladys crying and she thought that Gladys was crying because Marvis was going to marry Alyssa's ex lover yet the two were best friends. It really looked like a betrayal.

" Aunty Gladys..." When Alyssa called again Gladys turned around to leave.

' Alyssa, Now I can't tell you that you are Alyssa. It might ruin your relationship with Calcel if he really fell in love you as Marvis. '

Gladys said while she walked away and this proved Alyssa that she has just disappointed Alyssa's mother.

Derrick chuckled and stood up too.

" I don't know who that woman is. But now I am sure that I am not the only person who is against your relationship with Calcel. "

Alyssa turned to face him again.

" Since you have refused me, Now I have no choice but to post the video. " He said with a sneer.

" Go and do whatever you want. Right now, I am not afraid to lose anything. " Alyssa declared and walked away.

Derrick felt anger rise in him when she said this. He had thought that she was obviously going to give in to him but she has refused.

' Marvis, You will regret what you have decided to go with to day. '
