Chapter 34: Georg Reizen

A furious dragon's roar echoed through the skies.

In the roar, Selene detected a hint of lamentation. She could sense that the dragon's energy was extremely weak; this angry roar was likely just a final outburst before death.

She muttered with a frown, "Is there a conflict between dragons?"

Sensing two different dragon energies, her face showed some indignation.

"As expected, these crazy dragons do nothing but fight each other all day long!"

It was precisely because dragons constantly fought among themselves that she decided to live as a human.

Irene chuckled softly and shook her head. "That's not just dragons. Humans also fight among themselves. Just watch and see."

Selene drew two fingers together in the air, creating a magical water mirror that appeared mid-air, displaying an image.

It showed a vast forest with toppled trees and a ground that had been ravaged. Lying on the ground was a lifeless and roasted dragon, being devoured by a roughly ten-year-old girl with long, curly golden hair. As the dragon's flesh and blood entered her body, her aura gradually intensified!

Even though the dragon was somewhat charred, Selene quickly identified it.

"This is a blade dragon, which shares a lineage with the stegosaurus."

"A human?!" exclaimed Juliet.

"And a little girl?" added Heine.

"Isn't the most shocking part that she's eating dragon meat?!" said Mera.

Standing not far behind the golden-haired girl who was devouring the dragon meat was another slightly older girl with long, sky-blue hair, braided locks behind her ears, cross-shaped pupils, wearing a fitted dress with buttons on the chest and a dragon-head-decorated belt, and a crown on her head.

Though still young, she was clearly a budding beauty.

Next to her stood a burly middle-aged man wearing a cloak seemingly made from dragon scales. He was tall and muscular, with wild hair sticking up like a pineapple, a full beard, an X-shaped scar on his forehead, non-human teeth with visible fangs, dark skin around his eyes like large dark circles, and an overall sinister appearance.

The man had fresh injuries, making him look even more menacing and ugly.

Juliet commented, "Ew... so ugly..."

After all, the middle-aged man's fang-like teeth made him look less than human.

Selene was slightly surprised. "Are humans hunting dragons?"

She didn't see it as something particularly infuriating; in fact, she wished all dragons in the world would disappear. Of course, Irene and Aegon were exceptions.

Irene squinted slightly. "From the looks of it, he's the real dragon hunter, and the little girl is just reaping the benefits."

She tapped the sofa's armrest thoughtfully. "But... why does her aura intensify as she eats the dragon meat?"

Aegon quickly made a decision. "We'll know if we go check it out."

He turned to Mera. "Mera, how far away are they?"

Mera glanced at the map indicating magical fluctuations and quickly calculated. "About twenty kilometers."

Aegon looked at Selene and suggested, "Let's not waste time this time. Let's go directly."

"No problem." Selene snapped her fingers.

A huge spatial portal appeared in front of the ship, which slowly moved into it.

Emerald Forest

A massive magical energy that Georg Reizen and Misaki had never felt before suddenly appeared above the Emerald Forest, more intimidating than even the Thunder Dragon King Elexion whom Jorg Lason had previously slain.

"Who goes there?!"

Sensing this energy, Georg Reizen immediately became alert. Misaki and the golden-haired girl, Kiria, who was still devouring the blade dragon's flesh, also did not dare to be careless.

Georg Reizen looked up to see a silver-metallic spaceship slowly emerging from the sky. Standing at the forefront were a man and two women, looking down on him from above.

"A dragon? A Dragon Slayer Mage?"

Smelling the dragon scent coming from Selene, Georg Reizen licked his lips.

'Why are dragons and Dragon Slayer Mages together?' he wondered.

Despite sensing their powerful aura, Georg Reizen was unfazed.

As a Dragon Slayer Mage capable of killing dragons alone, Georg Reizen had his own pride.

Kiria hesitated only for a moment before continuing to devour the dragon meat at Misaki's reminder.

Misaki knew that although the intentions of the newcomers were unclear, even if they were hostile, it wasn't something Kiria should concern herself with at the moment.

Mera controlled the spaceship, which slowly landed in an open area. Thanks to the battle between Georg Reizen and the blade dragon, most of the trees had been cut down by the dragon's blade energy.

Previously, such a large clearing wouldn't have existed in the Emerald Forest for the ship to land.

Aegon was the first to disembark, followed by Irene and Selene, and lastly Juliet and the others.

Seeing Irene and Selene's beauty, Georg Reizen couldn't help but show a bit of greed in his eyes. This greed was for both their beauty and the dragon meat!

He quickly recognized Selene's true identity—the Moon Dragon!

The Six Dragon Gods were well-known in Guiltina. There were very few dragons with such power.

They had to be both beautiful and capable, and Misaki and Gilia seemed like good choices.

She believed these two young girls would grow up to be very beautiful and definitely fit Aegon's aesthetic.

"Roar of the Four Beast Dragons!"

A devastating roar combining wood, metal, fire, and water attributes erupted from Georg Reizen's mouth, tearing through the ground and sweeping debris and leaves toward Aegon and his group!
