"Let's dance, Neck Breaker~."

Christopher pointed his greatsword at the Ogre, forming a bloodthirsty grin on his face, while a big health bar appeared in the bellow part of his field of view.

"ROAR!!!" the Ogre roared and launched himself at Christopher.

Armored with two golden Axes, he slashed the right one horizontally, releasing a wave of golden energy and sending it in Christopher's direction.

Then, he spun his body in the air to the left and vertically slashed the space in front of him, releasing another wave made from stone shards.

Christopher rolled the first attack but the second hit him pretty badly, taking half of his health.

His body flew towards the main gate where he landed on his chest.

Christopher's face was covered in blood and his chest was penetrated by five stone shards that slowly disappeared.

*COUCH, he couched blood on the ground, hearing the Ogre's loud steps behind him.

["Got up Christopher! You are going to die!"] Ardelean spoke with visible worry in his robotic tone of voice.

'I'm trying!' Christopher replayed while struggling to get up.

The Ogre approached him and grabbed his left leg.

"Papa Ogre is going to enjoy this," he said to himself, and from side to side, he started smashing Christopher's body against the ground.

It looked like one scene from a famous movie, where a certain green giant who is always angry gave this kind of treatment to a Norse god.

When the Ogre ended, he spun himself while still holding Christopher by his leg and sent him flying to the big house from where he came.

Christopher's body flew through the roof and landed on a fireplace in the middle of the house, which gave Christopher extra fire damage.

["You have only ten points of HP now! You are going to die Christopher!"] Ardelean informed his 'owner' and showed him his stats.

After quickly looking at his stats, Christopher clicked at the update icon, opening it.

Christopher's eyes widdened when he saw the approaching Ogre throught the main door and the downloading screen.

"I don't think I have a minute, not even thirty seconds!" he said and started crowling away from the door to the first floor.

"Are you serious?!" replayed Christopher while hearing the loud steps of the Ogre comming closer.

"GOT YOU!" said the Ogre in scary tone with creepy expresion.

He grabbed Christopher's neck and pulled him out from a closet, where he quickly hid before the Ogre came into the house.

The Ogre smashed his head through four walls and threw him into a room that resembled bedroom.

The room was stinking as a dozens of dead female corpses were lying around.

The corpses had their intimate parts and throats destroyed, while their eyes had a horrified look full of pain.

Christopher landed on one of the corpses' chest and his nose was immediately filled with a stench of rotting flesh.

"HEYYY! THEY ARE MINE!" shouted the Ogre and grabbed Christopher by his head, throwing him out of the house.

Landing in the middle of the square again, on his back, the last thing Christopher saw was the sun, before the Ogre jumped from the house and landed on his body, while thrusting one of his golden axes into Christopher's head.

The Ogre was looking at Christopher's body with a disappointment.

"Papa Ogre thought that you are stronger opponent! Papa Ogre is disappointed!! Papa Ogre don't like being disappointed!!! GOT UP ADVENTURER!!!!"

Suddenly, a golden light enveloped Christopher's body as a wave of energy flew from him, sending the Ogre's body flying to the big house like he was hit by a misaile.

The house colapsed on him, thanks to the big damage the Ogre did with Christopher's body.

Christopher opened his eyes and rose from the ground.

"D-Did I died?" he asked and Ardelean replayed with a bit of sarcasm.

["Yeah, your head exploded like a watermelon. I used the rune we got from that Maiden."]

Christopher rolled his eyes, but thanked him for activating that reviving rune.

["You should thank the Maiden when you find her, not me. If you die, I would die too. And I'm too young to die!"]

Ardelean said the last sentence like a professional movie actor.

"Ohhh, stop with that shit old man! You are a five fucking thousand years old dude!"

["Fine! Fine!"] a white flag appeared in Christopher's field of view, ["You won, but you don't need to say it out loud you know,"] said Ardelean, little complicated about matters around his age.

Christopher smiled and opened the update icon.

["Stop thinking about the names and buy something, or we are going to get our ass kicked again!"] Ardelean spoke in angry tone, while scanning the ruins that were constantly moving.

When the last sentence appeared, Christopher's body started being covered in shadows and his previous tattoos formed back again.

"Huh, I didn't even register that my tattos were missing," Christopher laughed but was glad that they are back.

["Yeah, your reflexes went to shit too..."] Ardelean joked.

"Ohhh, you are so funny old man," *CLAP *CLAP *CLAP, Christopher clapped to Ardelean's joke.

But something disturbed him.

A big, red health bar appeared bellow his field of view again, accompanied by a loud explosion sound and maniac laughter.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, it was a long time since Adventurer did something similar to Papa!!!" was heard from the ruins and a second later, big piece of wall flew at Christopher.

He instinctively dodged, but little more then he wanted.

In second, his body was covered in darkness as he disolved into shadows and flew few steps away, near the spot where he aimed to dodge.

"This is interesting" he said while opening and closing his right hand.

Feeling a fast object approaching him from above, he dodged again but this time, with a better concentration and precision, dissolving into a cloud of shadows and landing at the roof of the near house.

It looked simmilar like one skill from a game where the MC have a tattoo on his left hand which he accuaired from a man called Outsider, together with magical powers.

Back to the fight.

On the spot where Christopher previously stood landed something big and when the dust settled down, he saw the Ogre with his two golden axes thrusted deep in the ground.

["If you would stay there, you would die"] Ardelean noted, after seeing the enormous power that the Ogre used for this attack.

'No shit sherlock!' Christopher roared as he watched the Ogre.

"You evolved huh?" said the Ogre, looking at Christopher while holding his left hand.

["Do you see the same think I see? He's hurt, this is your chance to defeat him!"] Ardelean spoke again in exited tone.

Christopher smiled and pulled his greatsword from the sheet that was hanging on his back, "Yeah, you are pretty strong. I needed some upgrade!"

The Ogre smilled too as he showed a destroyed black rune, "But you are not the only one~."

["That's... ohhh God..."] Ardelean's exited tone changed to annoyed one.

["That black thing is reviving rune. But a weaker one huh. Well, the golden one we had was the strongest."]

["The explosion that happened when you was revived hurt him a lot and when the house colapsed on him, it was a fatal blow and he died."]

Suddenly, *CINK

"Well this sound interesting," said Christopher as he jumped down from that roof and aimed his sword on the Ogre.

"How about a Round 2?" he said in determination.

The Ogre smilled widely and aimed his axes at Christopher.

"Papa Ogre likes it!!!"

When the Ogre said that, Christoper's face formed a blood-thirsty smile as they clashed with each other again and disappeared in a clouds of dust and shadows.
