152 The Semi-Human Heart and The Third Wave Failure

"We should strike the NDR while they are down!!"

I rolled my eyes, and I could see that Leon doing the same.

"Ten of them were able to fend off the third wave, and we know that they have more semi-humans, it's true that the strike Dante' did was a massive loss for them, but we shouldn't underestimate them."

Leon also added

"If we strike in a large scale fight our losses are going to be big, because they will be ready, there is no way for us to take them by surprise."
