Training 2/2
At home, Eloise was training.
After completing her quest, which consisted mainly of simple exercises, such as making 1,000 sword strokes, she sat down and began to meditate.
The aim was to test the reward of the system and see if it would be useful to her. Otherwise, she would never have done these basic exercises. Although practicing a little before meditating was important, it would cease to be the case if the person lost some of her concentration.
With her eyes closed, Eloise took several deep breaths to calm herself.
Once calm, she guided her imagination to the energy center.
There she began observing it.
Her energy center was truly chaotic. What should normally be a solid and strong sphere that would hold the energy inside and stabilize it had been completely changed.
The sphere seemed soft, elastic even, with threads running in all directions. These were attached to parts that glowed slightly: her body. And they were constantly supplying it with energy.
The wires began to pump out energy as soon as energy reaches the 20% threshold.
She didn't put this limit but was fixed naturally. The energy underneath the 20% threshold area was slightly different. This energy had been there for a long time, becoming more spiritual. Even her threads couldn't consume it.
Speaking of them, the wires weren't there to strengthen her body - though they were useful in doing it - but rather to help her pump her energy more easily.
Without waiting, Eloise concentrated her energy to transform this spiritual energy into pure energy.
Thin lines of energy flowed from the area and were pumped through the wires as Eloise transformed the energy.
Traces of sweat appeared on the energy front barely thirty seconds after she began.
There was still over 19.85% of the 20% of spiritual energy left.
Despite the pain, Eloise continued and gradually lowered the amount of spiritual energy.

Two minutes had now passed, and her efficiency had only decreased. She was now stuck at 19.69% energy.
Her head began to spin and she stopped before she lost consciousness. Making this mistake could be fatal.
She rested and slept a little before resuming.

Eloise thought back to the system.
She had been training from morning until the afternoon to complete her quests.

In the end, she had managed to amass 111 energy units and didn't try to aim any higher.
The 3 quests had already exhausted her, and in order to finish them, she even had to take on impure energy several times in a row.
The problem was that impure energy remained in the energy center, sometimes mixing with spiritual energy, and too much of it could be harmful to the energy center, hence the importance of transforming it into pure energy.
But she hadn't yet reached that stage. Her spiritual energy was sufficient to beat and use this impure energy to replenish itself.

Eloise woke up after a few hours, her rhythm of life has become extremely disordered since she had started to leave the traditional path. She could now sleep several times a day if her body told her so.
The aim wasn't to sleep less, but to always be as efficient as possible. So, if she needed to train without a stop for a few hours, she wouldn't stop. Her body would then compensate afterward with more sleep.
Quickly, Eloise did some exercises before returning to meditate.
Seeing her energy center, she activated an energy unit.
Out of nowhere, a beam of energy appeared in her energy center. Immediately, this energy was absorbed by the various threads and devoured by her body.
Not daring to take any risks, Eloise analyzed all the movements of this energy and the different reactions it had with her body.
She noticed that this energy was similar to the pure energy of humans.
Eloise was clearly thrilled.
1 unit of this energy was the equivalent of about 5 or 6% of what she could get after filling her energy center with impure energy and turning it into pure energy.
And besides, she didn't have to use her concentration to do it.
Such assets were so good that Eloise didn't hesitate for a second and gradually consumed the rest. Even if there were side effects, she couldn't refuse such an amount of energy.
