"Moyu, can I have a word with you?" Feng Tianhua asked once the other shareholders left the conference room. Tang Moyu had remained seated on her seat, while giving her assistant directives.

His heart tightened inside his chest as the empress gave him a cold look. Cheng Ning took the folders from the desk and excused herself, leaving the two behind.

"That's CEO Tang or Miss Tang to you, CEO Feng. Please be mindful of your address, we are not close." Tang Moyu said coldly.

Feng Tianhua was taken aback at this coldness. His expression stiffened a little. Though Tang Moyu was always indifferent towards him, she was never this cold. He tried to ignore this coldness and continue the conversation.

"You didn't seem surprised seeing me today. You knew, don't you? " He asked Tang Moyu.

The empress crossed her shapely legs and rested her face on one hand as she regarded her unwanted guest. Her other hand lightly tapped the table out of boredom.
