Little Star didn't need to spend the night at the hospital as the doctor had allowed her to be discharged and to recover at home, much to Tang Moyu's relief. Although being in a hospital can treat her, Tang Moyu feared that others would find out about her children's blood type and harbor ill intent on them. So, it was better for Little Star to recover at home, where she would personally look after her daughter. 

The less people knew about their condition, the better. And although Xiao Bao and Little Star needed to reach the age of eighteen before they could do blood transfusion for others, it didn't mean that they wouldn't be subjected to doctors who would want their precious blood for research purposes.
